Honesty fridge for cold drinks would be nice. So you could take them up to the terrace.

Difficult to find but I think that's typical of many riads and it does mean you are staying in the thick of it. Very calm and quiet in the Riad. Tasteful decor and friendly helpful staff. They guided us to our taxi when we left but to be honest meeting us when we arrived would have been a bonus! Great location for us to walk everywhere - close to Maison des Photographes which was one of our favourite places.

Staff was amazing, Moha and the team were there all the time to help us with anything we needed. The communal courtyard and the room were both very pretty, clean and well furnished. Breakfast was great. Location is tricky so don't arrive after dark on your first night, to find it more easily.

There's nothing that we didn't like but a couple of things to keep in mind. The room on the ground floor doesn't have windows. It's not an issue, and it's comfortable and cozy. Just remember to set your alarm if you need to be up early. There's a 4 minute walk from where you can be dropped off. Again, it was not an issue as the hosts kindly came to meet us and then helped us get a taxi when we left.

Gorgeous, cozy Riad that's right in the center of old town and easy walking distance to everything The staff were extremely kind, courteous and helpful and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend taking advantage of dinner there on your first night - some of the best tagine we had!

Riad Azzouna is a little gem. Beautiful and calm, exactly the tonic needed after a busy day in the souks. Moha and the lovely ladies were wonderful hosts too. I would highly recommend the Riad. Thank you

Pleasant stay. Most friendly staff. Very clean. Nice food. Nice rooftop. Definitely a place to come back to. Maybe just one tip, if you travel early in the year(we travelled in march), good to know that the patio is covered with a transparant plastic sealing. It keeps the area clean and warm but I personally missed fresh air.

If you’re looking for a beautifully stylish riad at an affordable price, Azzouna 13 is the perfect choice! Like all riads, finding the entrance can be an adventure – you might lose yourself in the maze of alleyways, dodge speeding scooters, or even encounter a few persistent beggars – but that’s all part of Marrakech’s magical charm and unique identity. Riads in medina are something difficult to find. No signage.

One of the best hospitality riads you can find in Marrakech. The room is cosy and the ambiance is wonderful. I really appreciate Moha who helped guiding me so much during my stay. Very recommend.

The rooms have traditional locks which are lovely but very squeaky! The location was great but a little tricky to find at first down an alley.

Beautiful property with nice Moroccan details and furnishings as shown in pictures. Felt very authentic but with the comfort of a ‘hotel’ We used the communal spaces and seating both downstairs and on the roof with plenty of mint tea prepared by the team which made our stay very enjoyable

Went in winter. They provide a heating blanket, which works well, but otherwise there is no heating, and it gets cold at night. It is manageable, but it doesn't get cosy warm in the room at night.

Nice architecture, great breakfast on rooftop, very friendly staff, good location. Bit hard to find, Google maps shows the wrong location.

Had great stay during new year in Marrakech , it was one of my best solo travel experience, riad is beautiful and quiet and clean, breakfast and dinner were amazing, very easy to access to Medina area, neighbourhood is safe and friendly even for single traveler, Hicham is best host with big heart, deserve special mention and appreciation. will definetely be back again.

Lovely and beautiful Riad with its own Hammam room, nice and helpful people, lovely breakfast, had a lovely Hammam and massage from nice woman, well situated in the Medina but quiet. Real treat to stay.

Everything was perfect for us.

We loved Riad Azzouna 13. The property was close to the Medina but was nice and quiet inside away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The best part of Riad Azzouna 13 was the staff. They were so kind and helpful to us and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Moha and Hisham who were extremely polite and helpful to us during our stay. Their customer service skills were exceptional and they welcomed us to Riad Azzouna 13 like we were their own family.
