There was no room service. The toilet seat was moving while you are seated.

The location is fantastic. There are enough space for the hotel for upgrading with more facilities.

Not well organized in the restaurant. I had been asked to pay for water during dinner and even paid full board. I paid cash the first day of arrival and asked for payment receipt. The receptionist told me that I will get it after check-out but didn't give it to me.

Our room 3145 was situated at the back and at night the music from the club was very loud and we found it difficult to get to sleep. I wished I was notified about this in advance so I could have chosen an alternative.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from the beach and other shops as well as a relaxing walking environment. It also has a beautiful outdoor pool and activities for all which get lively and fun. The shisha bar was also a bonus to enjoy at night. The good thing is the hotel includes the gym, spa/massage/hammam. The staff are friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions. House keeping was brilliant and even offered us cold drinks when they came to clean our room. Thank you!!

The only small thing we noticed was that the room and bathroom could have been a little more thorough with the floor cleaning, as a hairs were left behind. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel was lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a great stay.

Rooms look old style. Toilet was filthy, first day very bad smell but improved with time. The fan for the bathroom didn’t work and they said trey would fix but didn’t. Asked to change rooms they declined as they didn’t have any available rooms for the size. Pool is cleaned manually at the end of the day (throughout the day the pool gets dirty). Kids rooms had ants and cockroaches. Ours we found a massive cockroach. One by one we fell ill likely the daily pool use. An automatic cleaning schedule for the pool should be considered with regular samples taken to check the cleanliness of the pool.

Rooms were kept tidy, house keeping every day. Friendly staff, entertainment throughout the day. Location was great with lots of local amenities nearby. Short walk to the beach. Food was ok with different offering everyday. The A/C worked well and very much needed for the heatwave.

Some of the staff were a bit unpleasant to deal with. Air conditioning was broken in the room and when an engineer was sent up to fix he told the staff it was fixed when he told us he would be back in ten minutes. Some of the staff were dismissive when we tried to get a room change much earlier in our stay at the hotel. Made for an uncomfortable couple days sleeping in 20+degrees heat at night.

The pool facilities was great, room was good. Location fantastic. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Food was ok if youre going full board. I think if I did stay in Agadir again I'd probably just pay for room and not the food as well. So much better selection available nearby for real good value for money.

Staff at the reception was not professional. I did not get receipts for some of my purchases. Waiters in the snack bar lacked hospitality skills (they seemed to be afraid of approaching the tables to serve). We had to pay for everything straight away. Staff in the main restaurant were not cleaning the tables properly - dirty cloth and no detergent (all of the family members were sick in the middle of the stay) etc. The restaurant is too small for the massive amount of customers - it was simply too crowded and too noisy at all times. My room had a street facing window, which meant it was VERY noisy at night. This was my 5th time in this lovely country and for the first time I chose "luxury".

I loved the variety of food. Anyone will find something to their liking. I loved the temperature maintained in the building and rooms. The shop outside the hotel was very convenient.

    Reasonable resort hotel

    • Junior Suite
    • Stayed 2 nights

We booked a family suite which turned out to be a standard room with extra beds which was a bit cramped for the 4 of us. A good 10 minute walk to the beach, and a bit further to the private area of the beach, which didn't really have enough loungers to meet demand. Generally there was a lack of information on how things worked, how to get to the beach, etc. Amazed that you have to pay extra to use the room safe, and you couldn't sit on the chairs near the pool unless ordering something.

Reasonable resort hotel, with a good pool, gym and restaurants. Food was generally very good, and full board was good value. Pool area was good, if you don't mind resort-style entertainment and near-constant loud music which continued until around 11pm. Good access into town and near bus stop to get to/from coach station easily.

Pool too small only 1 Playground was not safe always locked too Play house kids was only open certain time . Restraunt only 1 too small and busy packed Food was hardley much and bland The bathroom sink had foul smell in tap water so washing face and mouth made you feel unfresh. Bring your bottle water to was face and mouth It had sisha area and next door argana club . It had a night bar next to reception.

It was ok food and hospitality was great .you still get water FREE with full board 1 big bottle lunch and dinner time .so thats cool.drinks can be purchased on bar or local shop. You have to hide outside food if you bring it in room They gave us free upgrade room 1117 without us asking based on 4 person so we were greatful .they did act straightway to any problems always friendly staffs. I must say the hospitality made us feel comfortable more than the facilities. Entertainment were great for families with vibes.the crocodile parc is a must you must visit it had other creatures and tiny monkeys and snakes etc.we found it worth it .book the car with tour office near buy shouldn't cost more than 250dinar for return journey 3 hours is enough at the parc .pay at the gate entrance with card or cash euro or dinar its 95 dinar plus young kids i think 65dinar and free for under 3.its well worth visiting ..SOUK el had is 10 minutes drive taxi is fixed white cab for upto 6 passenger 50 dinar but youcan barter down to 40 if less passengers..city fixed tariff from argana. Most importantly theres hardley no difference get your currency from airport theres hardley amy differences in the stores in agadir .take monzo card no charge ..try not to pick cash with debit card . Orange red taxi make sure you say 20 dinar before getting in for 3 or less passengers.as it only carrys 3pax make sure you say it before entering taxi . 20 dinar ARGANA HOTEL to souk Theirs total 12 gate in souk el had its like a maze .over 3000 stalls . Learn to barter haggle on prices Remember easy way to understand currency just think of 10 dinar as 1 euro about 0.90p English pound. Be admarant on your price if you like something. In reasonable manner .for example if they say 250dinar (23)estimate say 125 dinar say you saw it on another stall just haggle down as much as you can it works They already put price double for tourist to haggle .

English: We were disturbed by the music that continued until 11:30 p.m. It made the evening a bit noisy and less restful.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The welcome was warm, and the staff was always available and attentive. We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing, as well as the variety of dishes offered at the buffet, with a wide selection. Overall, it was a great experience!.

It’s very noisy until late at night. Especially if you get a pool view room. The evening entertainment goes on until around 23.30hrs. If you have young children who need to sleep or even yourself then it’s very difficult

Location is great, close to restaurant and to the beach. Breakfast was good, coffee good. We loved the pool with the various offered activities for young and old.
