Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MoroccoThe Bad: Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our booking experience that we cannot overlook. Firstly, the property we initially reserved was described as having air conditioning, but upon arrival, we found that it was not available in the house. The owner provided a different unit, explaining that we were given the downstairs apartment as he had retained the upper floor because he "owns the entire building." This discrepancy left us feeling somewhat deceived. Moreover, during the summer months, the lack of air conditioning became a significant issue, making the apartment uncomfortably hot. Additionally, there was no WiFi, and even worse, there was no cellular coverage within the apartment. Communication was virtually impossible, which was inconvenient and isolating. Another major concern was the abundance of insects that found their way into the apartment from the outside. While this didn't bother us too much, it might be a significant issue for others, especially families with children. Furthermore, the house's location was quite remote from the city, making it inconvenient to access amenities and attractions. The only nearby places were an expensive café and a shop run by a rather rude lady, with limited options available. Furthermore, while the house's equipment, including the kitchen appliances, appeared new and functional, we were dismayed to find that certain essentials, such as the beds, were far from comfortable. The mattresses felt extremely hard, resembling solid rocks rather than providing the expected comfort for a good night's sleep. This lack of comfort significantly affected our overall rest and made our stay less enjoyable. It's essential to note: For families with young children, the property poses some safety concerns. There were exposed electrical cables in the bathroom, a loose stove, and an insecure balcony door.
We recently booked a house on Booking, and our experience led us to give it a rating of 4 out of 10. While the property had some positive aspects, there were several significant drawbacks that affected our stay. The Good: Let's start with the positive aspects. The house had new equipment, and all the appliances worked perfectly. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The location was also a quiet and peaceful area, which added to the overall tranquility of the stay.

United StatesNo wifi, on a really high hill so unless you have a car it's a hike up and own every time you want to go somewhere. Multiple taxi drivers told us we were paying way too much including one who lived in the next building.
