Nothing (you need a car to commute and no shop around but this is manageable).

Appartement surface, value for money, clean, new, elevator, no noise, parking in the street, safe. When coming from national road, Waze propose very uncomfortable road. Better to go to city center and then input the adress. Ideal for family.

Absolutely fantastic stay!** From start to finish, everything was seamless. The host was **exceptionally responsive**—quickly answering all our questions and offering helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The property was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for comfort, including cozy beds, fresh towels, and thoughtful toiletries. The location was ideal, with easy access to local highlights and dining spots.

At the beginning there was no blankets but the host quickly solved the problem. The floor was a little bit sticky.

The view was amazing. Air conditioning with heating in 2 rooms. Very helpful staff. Modern.

no shops nearby, but it is residential area and expected

The apartment is new build, well decorated and very comfy beds. you need car to reach the property, its on a hill with steep climb. Shower Toilet is also modern. plenty of parking on street.

Just the climb up the hill to get to the hotel, otherwise nothing else I didn't like.

I stayed two nights here, found the apartment clean and tidy, was peaceful and quiet, bit outside of the city center, scenic views from the terrace. Hotel reception staff was really helpful and hospitable. Will recommend this accommodation to others.

The apartment is modern with new and good furniture, and it has a nice sea view. However, the location is quite far from the city center, and the road leading to the apartment is not easy to access. The cleanliness is average, but the bathroom was definitely not clean. The kitchen is poorly equipped, and the washing machine is located on the top floor in an unorganized way. The staff service was not at the expected level.

Bad cleaning.. the bed was dirty, the ground, the bathroom.. even when i ask for cleaning the manager was responsive, but the cleaning lady was just a lazy girl throwing water and soap everywhere, so i end up with clean it by myself!

Modern, new apartment

Al Hoceima is a beautiful city and its people are kind and well-mannered. The place that was rented has a beautiful location, but unfortunately it is not as clean and tidy as in the pictures. The manager’s dealings are okay, he likes to fulfill requests, but nothing is done. The apartment is cleaned only after three days, but it is not done. The bed covers are not enough and their smell is not fragrant because they were not dried properly.

The fact that seaview was missing And no washing machine available in apartment

The apartment was nice and clean but it didn’t have a sea view which was advertised in the booking ad So that was a big disappointment The guy said we had to pay another 20 euros per night if we wanted that So we ended up in an apartment with 2 rooms when we only needed one but with no sea view ! Otherwise it was ok

Amazing stay at this beautiful and clean apartment. The interior design is very attractive. The view of the city and especially the sea is breathtaking. The owner, Safouane, is incredibly welcoming, kind, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this place.
