There is an awful smell that comes for the pipes. So if the windows are not left open while you’re away then the odour is very strong. Also note that there is a rooster that lives near by to if you’re not an earlier morning person this is not for you. Unless you’re ok to be woken up at 5am everyday day.

The prosperity was great for a two day stay. The beds are comfy and location wasn’t far from the Medina. Walkable when it’s not too hot

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a safe area. The place was clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the host, who was incredibly responsive and available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The noise every morning from the street outside. We also couldn't arrange a late checkout which caused a bit of an issue for us as we had a night flight back home. It would be great if there was some sort of arrangement to allow for this. There's a storage facility nearby which the host kindly suggested, which was good but not ideal if you have quite a bit of weight to carry to and from the apartment.

The location, the comfort of the apartment, the brightness of it, the size, the beds, the facilities and the responsiveness of the host. The place is as it looks in the photos and offers a very comfortable stay. A Nespresso machine also provided which is always a bonus! Julien was very responsive and easy to talk to, a great host. Checking in and checking out was easy. The location is fantastic, 20' walk to the Medina and 10' to the local mall. The place has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with one sizeable lounge.

The key card entry to apt. was tricky, often taking 3-20 tries to open. Sensor or card needs new battery or reset. Some lights were flickering in several rooms at times.

Modern, spacious enough for two couples. Two bathrooms. Good air con, heating system. Quiet building. Elevator. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Some supermarkets, mini markets a couple minutes walk, one of which sells wine, beer and spirits! Carrefour 8 minutes walk. Clean. 25-30 minute walk to Medina or 4 minute taxi.

There was some traffic noise in the apartment but this is to be expected in a city location.

The location was good, with only a 15 - 20 min walk to the medina. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Julien was very helpful.

Kitchen a little dark because 4 of 9 lights were out (electrician expected, hopefully fixed soon). City noise is hard to avoid in locations like this, but the windows did seem a little thin.

Great instructions with easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable. Nice having a lift and a washing machine. Very friendly and responsive host. We had a couple of missing items, but they were quickly supplied.

Nothing major, but sometimes a little bit of water escapes from the shower.

The apartment is conveniently located in Gueliz, close to the city center, and has lots of trendy restaurants nearby. As for the apartment itself, I really liked the shower as most of the showers i've experienced in the riads weren't fully enclosed. So it was nice to take a decent shower. There are two bedrooms with really big mirrors n the shutters makes it easy to sleep in. I also really appreciated having very cold AC to fight off the Marrakech heat. I also liked that it was nicely decorated n well equipped for you to make your own meals or do laundry. Lastly, the owner checked in frequently and had a nice video prepared to help us get situated. I extended my stay due to how comfortable it was. I definitely recommend for families or people who desire more than a small room in a riad.

Place is very comfortable, very clean; The host - Julien is very helpful, responsive and nice person. The apartment location is very good, within the walking distance to old city and lots of restaurants around. One of our favorite place was "Le Verandah" -restaurant right across the apartment. Highly Recommended!

This is my 3rd time staying at this apartment. It has two bed rooms and two toilets. Everything smells nice and is very clean. I love the balconies too. Julien is exceptional and also responsive. When I visit Marrakech I always try to stay here. The location is perfect for me too. Lots of shops and restaurants. Also easy to get a taxi from the main road.

Very spacious, modern apartment, relatively well located in the new town. We had a comfortable stay with everything we needed. There was a washing machine so we even managed to wash some clothes! The host was very communicative and we had no trouble checking in or out.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Everything Julian was amazing and super respectful. He helped arrange everything with us. The apartment is as the pictures. The beds are comfortable.. the place was super clean Location: so many amazing restuarants There is a sushi restuarant and many other restuarants downstairs including a shop He arranged taxi for us since we couldnt find one Also the blackout feature was so good. It was total darkness

I highly recommend this apartment if you appreciate a good location, cleanliness and comfort. In the property you have two very comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen and a guest room. In my opinion it is much more comfortable than a hotel. There are several restaurants in the area with very good food. It takes about 10 minutes walking to reach the medina. After a large dose of the Orient, it is nice to return to a modern flat in the evening. ;) And most importantly. Host Julien. A very friendly and helpful guy. He made sure that we felt really comfortable.

Nothing negative to report.

Location was really good, size of the property was good, has two toilets and one of these has a shower. Lots of water and towels provided. Apartment was clean and secure. Nice balconies. Julien the host was amazing. My 2ndctimecstaying here and will stay again.

I liked everything.

It was a very pleasant stay, Julien is a very attentive host. He facilitated a late arrival for me by sending easy-to-follow instructions for entry. All the doors have modern electronic access. The apartment is in a central area with several restaurants nearby. There's a sushi restaurant downstairs, and for example, across the street is the PENSÉE Restaurant, which offers good buffet breakfasts for 70dh and local and international cuisine. I highly recommend this accommodation for its safety, cleanliness, and tasteful decoration.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, had two toilets and two bedrooms. There was outside space to sit and get fresh air on the balcony as well as some seating. We had bottles of water provided for us and clean towels. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine and cutlery. The apartment has AC and spelled nice from the scented candles. The apartment is safe and secure. Right outside the apartment there are places to eat, have breakfast and dessert. The area is in or near Gueliz which is modern and developed. There are also shops for shopping which is about 5 minutes walk. The host Julien was amazing and was very helpful. We really liked this apartment and everything about it and would certainly stay here again.
