We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad, perfectly located in the heart of the Medina. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Hamza. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the Riad is decorated with great care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Location was on isolated street but near to souk.

Staff was really good and made us feel comfortable. Mint tea was offered when reaching hotel. Rooms were clean.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. It would have been nice to have had complimentary water. And we found a (dead) cockroach in our room!! But otherwise the riad was the perfect sanctuary.

The peace and quiet and the pool to dip in after a hot, dusty day. The food was delicious and the bed enormous and comfy! We had a massage which was lovely. The staff were really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The riad is in a perfect position for exploring the souks - it is close to the main square.

Gorgeous Riad tucked away in one of the streets of Marrakesh. Super clean, attentive staff with gorgeous pool in the middle. Our room was huge with double sinks and gorgeous green tiled stand in shower. SO cheap couldn’t believe the price and breakfast included too. Would stay here again.

Nothing really. The Wi-Fi wasn’t amazing but the Riad was so peaceful you didn’t need it.

We loved the pool and the roof terrace, the hosts were also amazing, especially a staff member called Hamza.

Aircon unit was facing away from the bed so no real benefit at night.

A beautiful riad, calm and relaxing and only 3 minute walk from the main road. Breakfast was great with good variety, and served around the pool. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - they were communicative and couldn't be more helpful. Room was comfortable with powerful shower and aircon, bed was comfortable. Riad was very clean and well looked after. Food was very good and well cooked - definitely an option if you prefer to stay in!

The only suggestion I have is for some minor maintenance in certain areas that show signs of wear, but this did not impact our overall experience at all.

My stay at El Walaa was amazing! The space was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made all the difference in our experience. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a variety of delicious traditional options. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay.

The hotel from the outside was unassuming like most Riads in Marrakech. Opening the door we have the gorgeous pool area that was great to relax in after amazing spa treatments and In the day when it was too hot to walk around. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious with AC, and comfy beds. Definitely would return and recommend.

It felt like an oasis! The courtyard was beautiful and we were offered mint tea there when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable, large, clean, good a/c and a large beautifully tiled bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet. We had breakfast both days on the rooftop and it was beautifully served and tasty. When we left, we were walked to the main street by staff so we could catch our ride to the airport. We walked all through the old city and the hotel was very convenient for this.

Most staff were really nice but others weren't very friendly and could improve on their hospitality.

Fabulous, relaxing spot.. in the centre of Marrakech. We loved our stay. The pool and terrace were amazing. Good breakfast and good beds. I would definitely recommend.
