the one thing we didn't like is that when we made the reservation in booking.com it was 65 euro however when we arrived to pay at the property we find out it's 810 dirham.

the room was great and clean ,the staff was welcoming and friendly .we enjoyed our 2 nights stay ,everything was incredible .especially the places outside the rooms it was charming and very beautiful.

The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, the weather made it okey, but on a warmer day it would have been hard to sleep. The breakfast was good and cheap, but lacked variation.

The room became quite stuffy when the windows were closed because there is no Aircon or fan

The Riad was right in the middle of the action and the room was very nice. The concierge was the nicest staff member of all.

For some reason, the air vent in the bathroom had been closed, thus there was no air flowing in the bathroom and the floor never dried up from the last cleaning. Every time we got into the room, we were welcomed by the smell of mold. The bed was possibly the least comfortable I have ever slept in, and both of us woke up with backache.

The overall aspect of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, with a big common terrace to enjoy. I liked the breakfast in the courtyard.

Home comforts were not there. The bed was very hard and the bathroom turned into a wet room each time you had a shower. The breakfast was poor and there was no coffee making facility in the room.

The location was excellent. In the middle of the medina. Walking distance to the port and beach. The riad was full of character and very exotic. The roof terrace was beautiful.

We stayed in two different rooms during our visit, and neither were exactly as advertised- it’s hard to tell from the photos what the room will be like and where it is in the riad.

A beautiful interior courtyard gave a tranquil space to relax and unwind after being in the bustling medina. The roof terrace was a great place to sunbathe and watch the streets below.

Bathroom not good - mirror too low for shaving even on one's knees! Broken shower door, badly draining. The courtyard is cold in the mornings, need to wear a coat at breakfast. The riad hosted a school party on our last night which was noisy at night, though the students were polite.

Breakfast was quite good - they offered hot pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and heater provided. Fresh roses in vases everywhere. Lovely roof terrace. Perfect location.

An oasis of calm in the bustling Medina, this road was perfect for our stay and we will definitely come back here. The terrace is perfect for lounging, relaxing and watching the busy streets below. A lovely room and friendly staff.

It was a lovely Riad, from the colorful yard in middle, to the room I stayed in, to the rooftop with a great view upon the old city; not to mention how greeting and welcoming the host and staff members were. I can't be more thankful for this remarkable experience.

We were on the top floor but there is no lift/ elevator in the hotel - only lots of steps!

Cleanliness was very good. The Riad is beautiful and had a lot of character. Its location is perfect for the medina/souk. The porters were most helpful and managed our heavy bags!
