Beautiful place in Sigulda perfect base for the town and beyond. The town and surroundings are stunning and this feels like the perfect place for adventuring. Lawrence was a very kind host and lovely man, highly recommend.

Had issues with hot water in shower. Also "get lucky" with neighbors, they were quite loud and cannot rest well. Also pay in cash only give me additional issues.

Large room, silent, nice atmosphere, good facilities. The bathroom is connected to the room, in the room you can find the kettle, glasses, cutlery. Stylish furniture. Kind owner. No TV (good thing to me).

Cold. Blinds could not be shut well enough to keep out the light from the street light.

Lower price. Off street parking. Crockery and cutlery provided. Hot water problems reported by others seem to be have been resolved.

So pleased with our stay. Apartment was clean, cozy and quiet. It has everything you may need during your stay. Host is helpful and caring as well. It’s a perfect location, near most popular attractions, sites and restaurants. Recommend.

The only negative was that it wasn't possible to open the windows.

Everything was fine, lovely host. We even had a small fridge in the room and some crockery and cutlery, which we didn't expect.

Great location just couple hundred meters from the train station and the main strip of cafes. Mine single room was small but still good, it had full set of cutlery,electric kettle, coffee mugs.

I was concerned about any potential hidden cameras or security system that I was not told about, because every time I went out of my room to contact the owner directly, they would step out of the house nearby that same moment, as if I was being watched.

The value for money is good and the owner is friendly. The room was clean and even had cutlery.

- Some plants on the windows were too wide so they are a bit in the way of the blinders

The location is 5 minutes from the train station. The place is spacey with a small kitchen. It felt very homey with a cool hammock. We've enjoyed our stay a lot!

Water for the shower was on the colder side but that just means that you shouldn't spend hours in the shower 😂

Host was really nice, welcoming. It’s really close to station. No need for a car, everything is a walking distance. Bed was comfortable, was provided with towels, toilet paper, shower gel, plates & kettle. Neighbors were pretty quiet. If you need to get around the city you can get BOLT scooters. Easy to find. You can even walk to Sigulda Castle if needed.

It seemed expensive for what it was in comparison to other places we stayed on our trip through Latvia. Bar stools need foot rests to make them more comfortable.

Large room and well equipped for a short stay. Good communication with the owner who allowed.us to arrive a little bit earlier than the stated check-in time. Good location - close to the centre and railway station, although Sigulda is very small. Quirky set up with a sauna that we didn't use.

The property was fine but I didn’t feel very welcome. It seemed more like the owner was doing me a favour rather than that I was paying (which I was!)
