Location is okay, town is not far away, but hotel itself is located between some old houses. Apart from the shower, the room was a bit outdated. but still clean.

Easy check-in with just a code sent by the staff member. Rooms have a smart TV, TV is not large, but it's a great bonus. The room had a really nice shower room. Breakfast was super nice, the lady made us fresh breakfast with 3 courses.

The rooms were spacious, the area was devided into 4 separate rooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, room with queen bed and a room with 2 separate beds, table for 4 and tv. The check-in was simple and went through booking.

There was no refrigerator and had no place for my daughters milk 😔 maybe making up the bed should be necessary not if you point out… coming to the room in a messy bed doesn’t make you relax or feel a sense of hotel

I just think all kitchen appliances makes the room very small, I believe there are bigger rooms for families. But for one or two nights it's not a big problem. Would recommend 👌

Everywhere was very clean and tidy, looks like the hotel has been renovated or is just taking care of cleanliness very well. Had a nice balcony for coffee. In one room you can find everything that you need to prepare food, it is like a small apartment. Everything looks new and unused. I liked self-check-in as well. Location was also not too bad, the shop was just across the road. They also have a car park for your convenience.

The fire alarm was 03:00 in the morning and nobody really knew what to do. The hotel has a contract with a security agency KOBLENZ who was supposed to come and check if all is OK (the security system should inform), but they didn't until one of the hotel staff called them. Even when security came, they didn't look confident or trained to do fire alarm checks.

Location is little bit far away from the centre and area isn't so pretty. Breakfast is not buffet, you have to choose one of three different options what you want.

Room is just renovated and it was good. Shower is good size and water pressure is fine. Bed was comfortable but very low. Parking place was front of the hotel.

An extremely uncomfortable bed. In fact, this is the first time I was staying in a hotel room with just a sofabed (to be fair to the hotel, it was clearly mentioned in the description, I just didn't pay attention). The room is so small they apparently see is as a feature, as there are even instructions about how to turn it into a sofa during the day. I honestly fail to see who such a concept could appeal to. Those looking for facilities of an apartment, will just opt for an apartment, of which there is no shortage in Ventspils. Those, choosing a hotel, first of all want a comfortable bed, not a washing machine in the bathroom. Even Japanese hotels with their notoriously small rooms come with a proper bed.

The staff made my stay. They were very responsive when I reported a non-functioning shower in my room and opened another room for me to have shower. They let me have breakfast even when I was late for it, and the breakfast was really good. And when I was already about to drive off, they brought the toothpaste and toothbrush that I had forgotten in the room. The location isn't walkable to the city centre, but no problem with a car, and there is an onsite parking.

Ordered for 2 people, but on the bed was just 1 pillow and blanket. For the second person everything was in the closet. As the refrigerator is near bed - you can hear it perfectly all night. Asked for the iron and got it dirty (returned it and the same one, but cleaned). The hotel was not ready for so many guests - had to wait for the food for both mornings.

There were no air conditioner , there was no air in the rooms , other hotel rooms were partying all night ! And in he fridge there was old products it was not cleaned ! And not possible to close doors from inside so if you have a small kids who can open , it’s going to be your problem !
