The towels were not clean. Normally it's not a big deal to wash them properly or just replace them regularly if they cannot be saved anymore by washing.

I couldn't get the key at first time. I needed to write again to owner. We had to wait little bit to go in to house. It was written that I can find the key in the key box but I couldn't.

Batteries for tv control stop working after an hour of being there. On the day before leaving, the light bulb in the living room started flickering. Therefore, we couldn't use the light.

The property was not very clean. Lamps ant oven was dirty. In the shower was mold. I think this property needs cosmetic remont.

The self check-in instructions are insane. Especially when arriving in the dark and not understanding that the door to the apartment block is not the same as where you find the key ... The host was not there, but was impatient and rude on the phone, which is not acceptable. Don't rent out an apartment if you don't want guests. The back yard entry is unpleasant and dark. There is no lift. The inside of the freezer was dirty. The TV and cable instructions are a waste of time, they don't work. The shower cubicle drain is blocked. I can see from other reviews that the last two problems have been reported last year. If the host hadn't been so rude I wouldn't have mentioned any of these things because I don't travel to places to inspect fridges. And don't charge for the coffee capsules, how mean can you be?

Because of the double entrances on the back of the apartment, it took us a while to find the address, then the parking lot, then to understand two separate doors. Clearer instructions that tie the addresses into consumer maps (Google, Apple, etc.) and/or use an image may be helpful. We did appreciate both emails, and it did take a while to search for. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling off, but that was minor. Overall, excellent experience and I recommend.

Loved the location and being able to walk out to your beautiful city. Apartment offered everything we needed and proximity to market, restaurants, sites, was awesome.

Absolutely recommended. Perfect location. Easy to reach from the airport. Bus stop literally one minute away. Everything in walking distance. Old town, central market minutes away. Parking availablity. Apartman comfortable, big, full of equipments, anything you need they have.
