I didn't like that i was not heard correctly by personell. Bare in mind - I spoke Russian with them and most of them are fluent in Russian. First when I booked it, I had a call from their staff member reassuring all the bookings etc. We also communicated that we will have a little child with us and need separate massages etc, he agreed. Although, when we arrived it was not booked as we agreed. Also in the restaurant they did not hear correctly what I ordered and brought another food (not a biggie - we ate it all and after ordered what we wanted as it was amazingly tasty). Overall I didn't feel they generally counted that we gonna come with a child, it wasn't child friendly stay I'd say. Main thing i didn't like was our room- the view was brilliant, although it seems these rooms need some maintenance. The dark spots from black mold in the shower room etc is so so. View from the balcony was brilliant tho!

We live in Latvia and wanted to see a famous Silene resort! Its great, and we love all of it - spa (and the fact that you have it only booked for yourself for a period of time is great), food is super tasty (everything we tried was amazing), we would love to try an Italian restaurant there as well! Massage was OK (7 our of 10) but there's always room for improvement :) (maybe I'm just spoilt with massages).

Nice place. Queit..middle of forest. But not cheap. You need to pay for spa area if you wish to go. Restorannt amazing...breakfast i never seen before. Just perfect.

I had an amazing experience at Silene Resort Spa. The exceptional service truly stood out, as the staff was incredibly client-oriented, making our stay feel personalized and special. Despite a few comfort-related issues during our stay, the hotel personnel went above and beyond to ensure our utmost comfort, making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was delightful, adding to the overall positive impression. The surrounding area of the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful, offering a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. Needless to say, we're already planning our return to this wonderful resort.

While the resort claims 4 stars, you have to pay for every minor thing (e.g. rental for basketball, volleyball, bicycle, etc.). For this price level I would expect that some of the things are included in the price and offered as complimentary. Also I would expect that a resort which claims 4 stars would proactively call to offer a restaurant reservation or SPA reservation, yet, I had to call multiple times to multiple employees to gather some clarity on this.

The resort offers wonderful scenery since it is located in the middle of the forest and the territory is kept very clean, yet you can feel the nature at every step. The staff was very kind as well. I highly recommend booking a SPA together with your stay, yet note that it should be booked in advance since only one company is allowed per visit (which provides extra intimate experience).

internet was down and limited hot water

Amazing evening on the woman’s day. Fantastic service with perfection detail with 3 meal course. Had the pleasure to pick the wine from my home country of Portugal all the way in here. Thank you Silene Resort & SPA for the evening. The place it is highly recommended to anyone who appreciates food and drink. With the magnifique views. I had the privilege to stay for night and the Vila’s are perfect. definitely will recommend to everyone and will be back my self.

The room was nice, but bathroom installation could use some work: the bidet was basically unusable and the shower often turned off due to insufficient pressure. One would expect more attention to details at this price tag. Also, breakfast was fine, but not customizeble enough. E.g., choosing coffee meant no orange juice, I would forgo some charcuterie cuts in favor of more cheese, etc.

Great restaurant to go for dinner! Nice location overall. Super soft and comfy towels :)

The house is fancy but a little out of date, there is mold, horrible smell in the bathrooms. We were very surprised that there is a kitchen but almost no amenities!!! No knives, no cutting boards, no bowls, no pans or pots, simple things like salt and even dish soap and towel!!!! I mean.. what? There is a grill outside and oven etc. how to prepare, serve the food? We had to ask for some things, but clearly they weren’t meant for guests. On the terrace or sauna room there are no garden furniture or place where to rest after sauna/jacuzzi. The showers are old, some things are falling apart. TV wasn’t working. Then in the evening the fire alarm started from the heat of sauna, it was ringing horribly loud (I am 8 months pregnant) and it caused a lot of stress. The worker said that that’s a common thing… not cool. In total it is just not worth the price! For this kind of price you should think more about details and guest needs..

House is fancy, with a nice view on the lake, there is sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace, the beds were very comfortable. We were celebrating our wedding and had a champagne and a card prepared for us. We went for dinner and they gave us a dessert as a gift from restaurant. Nice touch!

Jacuzzi outside was broken. There were deed rat in the kitchen. Staff was unprofessional. In the restaurant there were cat sitting next to my table - unhygienic. The bath was stained and not washed after previous guests. In second bedroom was cold to sleep.

Location - in the forest. Size of the property. View to the lake. Rest was very unpleasant experience and very expensive. Unfortunalty ruined my birthday.

We do not find in booking that spa zone is not included in price.So we paid 217€ only for sleeping in wood🙈spa + 24€ per person,so it looks very expensive
