Outdated: There were zero plugs in the bathroom for a curling iron or flat iron. Also in small print and difficult way to find it (no mention on website clear or booking.com that the Spa/pool is an additional charge) So our family paid 90€ to use a pool for 2hrs that’s overpriced and there were no more than 5adults using it but the fitness instructor wouldn’t let my children use the pool noodles or balls. She had an entire cage full of them. The Breakfast I purchased was advertised as a deal. It was 90€ and the cereal was stale. Again overpriced. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly but the other female was not as pleasant. The Hotel was just ok.

Staying at the hotel was amazing! The room was spotless, roomy, and had an incredible view. And breakfast? It was heavenly! It set the perfect tone for my day. This was our third time at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Great experience all around!

The hotel is old, and the rooms should have been renovated by now. It has this 80s feeling inside. If you do not like it, choosing another hotel in the city is better. I also think that balconies should be remodelled as the one that we got was, to put it simply, ugly and devastated.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Old Town. It is also next to the Olympic casino, where you can drink even late at night. The hotel was clean, and the staff was accommodating.

I got all what I needed, even more what expected, so didn't find any inconveniences, if someone expects to have more comfortable stay then they can choose Loyalty Members' rooms after renovation

Excellent hotel in a great location, with paid, large parking. In the room literally everything you need, including a coffee machine. Excellent cleanliness. View of the river and the Old Town from the window. I was combining business with a family trip, the size of the room gave space to work, without limiting the rest of the group. One of my favorites, of my top choices.

It is 2024 and the hotel still uses shower curtains, at least in triple rooms, which obviously cannot be fully cleaned. And if I could comprehend this from the pictures, that would change my mind about the reservation. Besides, though every reasonable person understands the sensibility about environmental issues, I find it quite rude and unprofessional for Front Desk to question our request about cleaning the room everyday, especially considering we stayed in a triple room.

The hotel is located in the banks of River Daugava and very close to the Old Town. We stayed in a triple room and the room was spacious with three single beds and enough working space. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast; it was very rich and delicious, I recommend booking a breakfast included option, that is so worth the price. One final note would be the Sports Bar within the hotel. It was quite convenient to have a drink or two after a long day in beautiful Riga.

The room offered all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, the decor and furnishings felt a bit dated and could benefit from an update. Parking for 10 EUR/24H was more than welcome.

Stayed here whilst doing the Riga marathon. Perfect location, straight across the bridge from the start & finish line. Staff really friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. Will book again next year, please god if I do the marathon in 2025.

There were difficulties with the faucets in the bathroom - it took some time to turn off the water in the shower. The air conditioning control buttons did not work. To reach the historic city center, you need to cross the bridge.

Beautiful view of the historic center of Riga on the opposite bank of the Daugava. Excellent breakfasts. There is a park along the riverbank near the hotel. The rooms are nice with modern furnishings.

The hotel is not new, but the people who manage this hotel remember what 4 stars means. It's incredible how they give so much for so little money. Wonderful view of the city, very good bed.

Everything was well and in the right places, facilities, bar, restaurant, elevetors, stairs. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was loaded with lots of towel and bathroom stuff. It was comfortable to stay there. Amazing view if you are lucky and got room with city and river view. Breakfast was quite nice, they have fresh pancaces (kids love them) and tasty salmon. A hotel with great history and soul. Something looks a bit old, but I think it is old school stylish and looks great. Staff was nice and willing to help in every situation. I hope I will come back.
