Hotel restaurant not open in evening though food could be ordered in the bar

Great breakfast, quiet and comfortable room

The windows in the room were really dirty. time by time you could hear rattling noise in the toilet which at first scared me. Wanted to order room service but the restaurant told me that its not available on the weekends even though in info book it stated that it was available every day.

The room was spacious and had balcony facing the street. Breakfast was very good, there was a lot of tables and staff frequently refilled the food. Location was perfect in the morning I took a walk to nearby sightseeing spots which were excellent.

The room should be more sound isolated. Some noise from the street specially during the night. Also the breakfast should be more varied

Breakfast could be improved. The waffle batter was not refilled, and if you arrive later for breakfast, many items are no longer available.

Only one minus that there is Tv which not contains smart tv,only few chanels LV.

We liked how was not far from city center. Breakfast was amazing,all dishes freshy and delicious. Room was also clean,and all was perfect organized.

We stayed only for one night, but we loved it - we booked a junior suite and it was huge with a super lovely balcony. Room was a bit dated, but it did not bother us as it was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and staff nice. Location also very great. Thank you!

The lounge closed at 11pm - would have been nice to be able to have a nightcap a little later as we arrived back at 11:05pm and it was closed.

Hotel position is in the art deco district and quite close to the old town (10-15 minutes walking). Breakfast offer is complete both on sweet and salted sides. Rooms are clean, tidy and well furnished.

I slept so well I can't really say that anything wasn't good, apart from the hotel seemed a little past it's best to be a 4-star hotel.

My room was very comfortable - a lovely mattress and extremely quiet at night. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. The room facilities were good. The staff were all wonderful. The breakfast was pretty good too. The location was next to a park and the Art Nouveau area and within walking distance of the old city. There was a Narvesan on the corner and lots of buses passing by towards the train and bus stations.

The cleaning service didn't provide new sugar to the room and no new tea, I suggest that you make sure there's every day at least 8 small packages of sugar in the room. The juices at the breakfast are a disaster, there's too much sugar and they don't taste good, I suggest you either provide fresh juices without any additives or good juices from concentrate in bottles

It is centrally located, next to the park, the room was spacious and very clean. Polite staff, the breakfast had a great variety and good quality, especially I liked pancakes with cheese. Very high ceilings and comfortable bed, very wide in size

The property was nice and the staff was absolutely fabulous! We especially liked the breakfast and thought the staff down there did a particularly great job keeping things stocked and very clean, even with a large number of guests! We would stay here again! Great value and great people working here!
