The matras on the double bed was a bit hard.

A holiday house in a green environment (tree, pond, grass) while still within the city in the close vincinity of the medivial castle and pavilions with souvenir shops and restaurant. Utilities in the house were clean.Kids could sleep on large sleeping coutches. The kids loved the dogs and cat visits and the sauna was a big plus.

The location was brilliant, very beautiful and convenient, but also quiet. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the dogs were very sweet and well-behaved. I will definitely look to stay there again when I visit Sigulda in the future.

Oh what a wonderful place, super cosy, excellent decor and condition, very relaxing environment. We feel blessed to have spent some time here. A lovely cottage in the midst of nature. Warm and comfortable with all necessaties for a great break ❤️

Location nice, near lush Gauja valley, but not far from centre either. Cuddly and friendly dogs. Well kept garden.

The hosts were super helpful sending instructions and a video about our arrival before we got there. They were also very friendly when we saw them. The studio was very private with its own terrace and very well placed for walking to the castle, river, etc. We self catered and the kitchen was well equipped. The studio had plenty of space and was nicely decorated.

Although everything was great we would maybe recommend a gate on the stairs to the loft. We love animals but at least one of the dogs was quite annoying at meal times.

The accommodation was really a dream! Everything was beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable right from the start. The private garden area, including a terrace, was perfect for sitting and for the children to play. The kitchen area had everything you needed to prepare snacks.

Sauna fee was pretty hefty

Location, sauna, terrace and animals on the property. Castle and hiking tracks were at a short distance from the accomodation.

Very friendly host who we didn't meet in person but was very responsive. It's a beautiful property, and the apartment was great. Parking was onsite and the apartment is very spacious, with a fun setup and a comfy bed. It's right in town and easy to get to everywhere, but it's also quiet and relaxing.

The house is wonderfully furnished, so we can only point out little details! For our 4 year old, a stool to wash his hands in the bathroom would have been useful. The stairs to the upper level are quite steep, the children learned to walk on them especially carefully. We also lacked information on how to separate rubbish, but found our solution following instructions on the bins in the town ;-)

Great place and great experience here. It's a friendly and comfortable space, both inside and outside the house. Quiet cosy place. You can exit from the house directly into the garden. The garden terrace is beautifully lit by the sun in the mornings. The living room downstairs is very welcoming. Kitchen very well equipped. Wonderful garden and surroundings of the house. Children had more than enough space to spend time outside. Tried to make friends with some of the three dogs or two cats. Kids spent long minutes watching frogs in the pond, or birds - among others, we saw nuthatches, woodpeckers. It's nice that the house is wooden. The place is a big property with three smart wooden houses - the first one belongs to the hosts. We had the house in the back, all for us four. We also had a separate entrance to the property and a separate parking spot for our car. The host speaks very good English. Internet was enough for an online meeting with webcam.
