1. WiFi internet is very weak, almost nonfunctional. 2. Some foreign local workers stay here for a long term, not a typical hostel vibe. 3. Kitchen are often used by local workers, not well cleaned after being used, neatness and order are not well maintained.

No Wi-Fi in the room & bad signal outside the door. Not enough electric sockets for all bunk beds. The bed linen isn't clean. Last day of trip, no electric power and drinking water in the kitchen.

Hostel is located close to city center and transport hub (railway, autobots stations). You have a direct sight to the Monument of Liberty.

Both communal kitchens absolutely filthy, barely any usable cutlery and crockery. Needs investment into providing the minimum of equipment and an additional cleaner to keep on top.

Main railway and bus stations, Riga Old Town, lovely public parks and Art Nouveaux Houses all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

I booked a 4 bed dorm and ending up with a 6, this wasn’t an issue as only one other person in my room. Other issues were that there was no toilet paper to be seen. It was also very dirty. However it makes up with low cost. Would recommend for short stay

Wasn’t given a room as the pictures show they’re completely different randomly a double bed outlets far away not a lot of equipment in the kitchen like forks fridge was a little nasty a lot of old men staying there which meant snoring ugh one of them was v creepy not hostels fault but female dorms would be welcome

While well organized, the hostel is huge and feels a bit institutional.

A centrally located huge hostel with all one'd expect from such a place. I got a 3-beds room which had lockers and electricity socket near the bed. Plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area on each of the 2 floors. A 10-minute walk to the bus and train stations.

The room was in the rooftop, you couldn't see the road and was pretty cool.

The hostel is in the centre of Riga, 13 min. walk from railway/bus station. You can easily explore the city by foot. We had a room with shared bathroom which was a bit far as the hostel is quite big, but clean and well organised. Big kitchen and common spaces.

A strange smell came from the showers, maybe some tube might be broken. Timer at showers also is unpleasant.

The service of the people in the hostel was very limited, a month and a half afterwards, still no reply about an invoice. Also, the matresses were really uncomfortable, and no blinds nor curtains in the room.

The WiFi wasn’t working at Level 5.

Location, literally within a few steps from freedom monument and the old town. It is also right beside McDonald’s. Riga bus station is about 750m away. Kitchen is clean and has everything you red including cold and hot water. Hot shower was working fine as well.

The toilet/wash facilities on our floor were out of order so we had to use facilities on another floor. Two men who I think were staff either in the next room or a couple of rooms down were speaking and shouting for a lot of our first night which woke us up.

Extremely affordable and location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was very little cutlery in the kitchen. Just 2spoons to eat. And no bowls and Just 2 glasses. 2knives but not sharp... I was in the 5th floor.

The location of the hostel is great. I could see the freedom Monument from my window. Old town is around the corner.
