We had a lovely stay, we were lucky to receive an upgrade to our room, which was amazing. We were staying for our anniversary, so it felt particularly special. The view up top is incredible. I got the impression that the hotel was quite busy the night we stayed, as there seemed to be several different types of groups, so I really appreciated that they allocated us to a nice quiet area for our baby. Whoever’s managing room allocations has really thought it through. It felt like a safe space for any kind of traveller. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Any interactions we had felt honest & considerate. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels & I’d consider this one of the best. Also, since I didn’t see this info mentioned by other reviewers - the ‘cot’ we were given was actually a full-sized crib, and high quality, so l was confident that my daughter would sleep safely. This hotel was a great experience. And I really believe that the staff makes it so more than anything. Starting with Emilija at the reception and the other colleagues who had helpful answers to our questions and a smile. Then the fresh breakfast, the perfect location, the super comfortable bed, this hotel really made our stay in Riga a beautiful memory and I am very thankful for that.

Would be better if kids were not in the jacuzzi. Fine for them to be in the swimming pool but I think at busy times, it is not good to have kids in jacuzzi

The parking garage could benefit from renovations of some sort; it looks like it has not been touched up for 25 years or so.

This is one of the most convenient Hotels in Riga, it's located both not far from the historical city and the newer part of town where the finest dining restaurants are. The view is great, the SPA is decent, all in all, a great place to stay.

For the price, it should be two rooms for a family rather than sofa bed for the extra two. Again, for the price, maybe some complimentary local chocolates left in the room, considering its a family. Four robes instead of just two, seeing that we were four in the booking.

The view. Amazing view over Riga. Lovely and comfortable room. As it's a conference hotel, its catered for the business side of things. As a family, we went downstairs to the spa area which was lovely. Lucky our boys are old enough for the age criteria after 18.00 as it was closed to younger families then. (Fair enough!). It was really lovely to relax after our travels. The gym looked very good too.

I liked everything, had a tiny issue with shower head in bathroom which was fixed speedily. We came in August when it is not conference season, but bear in mind this is the biggest conference centre in the country, so when there is one, am sure it gets really busy so worth checking upfront.

Fantastic location, comfortable and quiet room with great views. Restaurant and bars surprisingly great, not just average “hotel food”. Staff is lovely, helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the spa as part of our package every day, also super clean and great quality pools and saunas. Make sure you book a room that has it included. It has child-friendly and also adult-only hours. Skybar views are fantastic and very tasty food and cocktails, a real special occasion.

The breakfast could use some improvement. There weren't many food options, and I would have appreciated more variety and fresher pastries. Also, the windows in the room were very dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years, which took away from the overall impression.

I traveled by car, so location and parking were very important to me—and this place delivered. Convenient and easy parking made my stay stress-free. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning blows warm instead of cool air and the view outside shows loud air conditioning fans on the roof of an adjacent building. Overall, the hotel is too pricy for this type of amortised building.

The breakfsst was trully rich in options, including a chef's station for omelettes and fried eggs. The hotel has a good deal for the 24h option of the parking on the -1 floor.
