Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaOne of the best places we have been on the Latvian coast. The house is newly renovated and furnished, the bedrooms had comfortable beds with clean linens. Inside and in the courtyard area we found everything we needed to have a perfect time by the sea, we had the opportunity to use various outdoor barbecues. We are planning to come back here on the next summer!

Quiet, beautiful holiday house with all extras you can think about, including coffee machine, dish washer, fully equipped kitchen, heated floors in bathroom, all amenities. We enjoyed hot tub with beautiful strings of light over our heads.

LatviaExcellent and exceptional! Located just 500 m from the sea, the property is in a very quiet area thus it is perfect for those who want some serenity on their own. Above all, this is a pet-friendly property so don't worry if you forget to take your dog's favourite Kong with you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and heating is provided everywhere. The kitchen has all for self-catering. There's even a cabinet for those who have to work while enjoing the peaceful surroundings. All communication with the owners met our expectations and thus we would love to be back there again.

A wonderful treasure by the Baltic Sea. The house has all you need for a fantastic getaway from the city rush, noise and business. Is is fully equipped with all you need. The hosts are wonderful, helpful and communicative. Would totally recommend to anyone!
