The room is quite old, although clean. Everything is there, a mini-kitchen, a refrigerator.

The service is super! They helped with parking in a full parking lot. And the best part is the great breakfast.

The was no fridge in our room but it wasn’t a big deal

It’s was central to Daugavpils, the staff were friendly and super helpful, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They were very accommodating of our huge wedding party group and made everything go smoothly.

There was no elevator and the sauna I was told is only available in a single room that needs to be reserved in advance. And though the profile on Booking.com says there is a bar in practice there is no bar, just a mini bar behind the counter with a limited selection. Also there was no option in the room for controlling the A/c. And in the room the toilet was already filled with what appeared to be rust and oftentimes needed to be flushed twice in order to properly work.

The location of this hotel is ideal as it is within walking distance from almost every major place of interest in Daugavpils. Moreover, the staff were extremely polite and professional and did not mind my lackluster Latvian abilities and also had fluent English. The breakfast was decent enough though it was more limited than I expected. The biplane theme of the hotel was whimsical and interesting. The water being drinkable was also a plus

Parking was not great, many habitants parked they vehicles very poorly and when place was crowded with cars it was very difficult to get out. Hotel should mark better parking spots and ask customers to park vehicles correctly or move car.

We had one night stay. There was a parking space in the yard and also the possibility of barbeque. The breakfast was good. Sauna and small kitchen in the apartment also. The room was quiet despite the road just outside windows.

Door knob is moving and looks like is going to drop down soon. Also neighbours dog started to bark in the morning.

Good spot, parking included which makes leaving of your car easier and carefree. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

We really enjoyed staying at Biplan hotel with our school group. It was a great value for money considering a very delicious breakfast buffet is included in the price. It’s not a fancy hotel but it has everything you’d need for a good night’s sleep. Some of my course mates really fell in love with the comfy pillows.

The Manager Olga was Fantastic - honestly it is worth coming for how well she treats her guests. There were 8 of us and she even arranged music in the garden for us and gave our birthday girl a bottle of Proseco.

It was cold inside, maybe due to the weather outside was unexpectedly cold for April.

I always stay here if I'm in the city. Love the staff, prices and breakfast. The location is actually good (the Church hill is near) but maybe not the closest one to the city center (but, the trams are very fast).

Sound travels very far in this hotel and there were many loud and unruly families coming and going that disturbed my rest.

Parking convenient in rear of hotel. Good location for food, drink, and sights in Daugavpils. Staff friendly and kind.

Unfortunately, the pump in the Jacuzzi in our room was broken, and we found out about it only when we filled it with water. Hopefully, it gets fixed before the next guests.

Very friendly and professional staff, comfortable bed and amazing quality pillows, duvet, bedding. We stayed in the room with sauna and it was big enough for us and our two toddlers. The sofa bed for kids was very comfortable, not like in some other chain hotels. Free parking.

It is very lovely and great staff there. Breakfast was very good. Big parking space in the hotel yard. Room is very big and the availability of sauna in the room is good thing as well.
