Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn’t like the smell in the showers it was quite bad, almost like sewage, which might be due to poor ventilation. Also, at the entrance of the building there were often groups of people hanging around at night, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable.
I really liked the location,it’s right in the city centre and the price was quite reasonable as well

NorwayVery noisy at night from competing street musicians. The room did not have curtains or blinds, so it got very hot. The kitchen did not have any cups or glasses.
The central placement was the best, you really cannot find a more central place. Fantastic view from the roof windows if I stood on a chair. It was worth keeping up with the downsides of the place. With earplugs and closed windows the noise was bearable.

The room was clean, plenty of space, has a table, wardrobe. Kitchen had dishes, mugs etc. Building has lift.
