Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were aware there is no lift in the property but there were 90 steps to get to our apartment which was on fourth floor . Luckily we did not have any suitcases otherwise it would have been really challenging so this to be aware of . There is a metal spiral staircase with metal mesh steps ( normally used outdoor as fire exit ) to get to master bedroom but one can’t think of climbing this staircase barefoot and even with socks on it is still uncomfortable and only way is to have shoes on. Property could consider providing indoor slippers to help with it as most of us are not used to wearing shoes inside home. Coffee sachets had date passed by a while ago and we noticed that on our last day. It will be helpful if domestic staff could check them once every two to three months and ensure items are in date. A toaster would be helpful if property could providing one though most other items needed for cooking a meal were there.
Located 10 minutes walk from bus stop for bus from airport and 15 minutes from main train station. Quite spacious period property in middle of old town with everything walkable from food to entertainment to tourist attractions.

SpainIt was virtually impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, it went from cold to hot and it was unable to maintain a steady temperature. We had to pick up the keys from a location which was 10 minutes walking distance on rough cobbled streets to where the property was located. We had suitcases to lug with us, so this made it very uncomfortable. In addition, we understand that these pedestrian streets could not accommodate neither cars nor taxis. Definitely needs to be mentioned! There was no lift, and we had to walk up four flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. It should be mentioned that the property did not have a lift, for people with mobility issues. Although there was double glazing in the windows, the property was located smack in between several very noisy bars, and there was loud music till the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to sleep without having earplugs, and even then you could hear the basic Reverberation of the music. Not a good night sleep. This is a shame as the bed was very comfortable as we mentioned. Lastly, we were asked to give €100 deposit on the credit card. This was not mentioned at any point in the booking. Not fair!
The property was very comfortable, and spacious. Everything seem to be working well, clean, and in good condition.

IrelandThe apartment was very dirty and I am not kidding or overthinking.... Firstly, they had to hoover the floor! The carpet was incredibly dirty and there were loads of mess on it. Shelves in the kitchen with the cutlery and other staff were not clean - spilled coffee or something similar in it. Also we could not even wash our hands after a walk simply because hand soap was not provided. In addition we struggled to get in as the front door played games and did not open. We tried to call the staff for help using the phone number written beside the door, but no one answered. Why would you provide an emergency phone number if you never answer? I would not recommend this apartment as it is not worth the money. It's better to book a room in the hotel which includes breakfast for such money, which is much more clean and customer friendly. We were really disappointed and will never return again, not worth it.
The location is great, but apart from that I am really disappointed
