The noise insulation from the street is very good, but low beats from the street music may disturb. And the dishes were not perfectly clean.

We were aware there is no lift in the property but there were 90 steps to get to our apartment which was on fourth floor . Luckily we did not have any suitcases otherwise it would have been really challenging so this to be aware of . There is a metal spiral staircase with metal mesh steps ( normally used outdoor as fire exit ) to get to master bedroom but one can’t think of climbing this staircase barefoot and even with socks on it is still uncomfortable and only way is to have shoes on. Property could consider providing indoor slippers to help with it as most of us are not used to wearing shoes inside home. Coffee sachets had date passed by a while ago and we noticed that on our last day. It will be helpful if domestic staff could check them once every two to three months and ensure items are in date. A toaster would be helpful if property could providing one though most other items needed for cooking a meal were there.

Located 10 minutes walk from bus stop for bus from airport and 15 minutes from main train station. Quite spacious period property in middle of old town with everything walkable from food to entertainment to tourist attractions.

The apartment located in Riga Old Town center just few minutes from main square. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Has air conditioning.

Apartment was clean, nice furniture, well located. Excellent stuff. Many extra blankets and pillows. I booked the apartment and sadly I stayed not in the one I was booking. Also need to pay attention to 100 euro deposit.

The carpet was covered in crumbles and broken glass, the toilet was not clean either. It just seems that it was not vacuumed and mopped after the last booking

The apartment is located right in the Old Town, walking distance to all attractions The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, gave us info about the best restaurants, bars, food to try

It is a bit hard to find for the first time after going from the check in to the hotel, but otherwise it was good, also walking to the fifth floor can get pretty annoying other then that we had no complaints

However, we would recommend to focus a bit on extra cleaning of floors . Maybe bathroom needs a bit refreshing.

It’s a great place to stay! Easy to get there, great communication to airport by public transport! Very central and cosy. Exceptionally friendly, helpful personal both in main facility and at the apartment! All is very good!

No hot water for 2 full days, as the municipality has to carry on works and on the drainage system. Unfortunately there wasn’t a plan b (e.g. a boiler installed in the apartment). What annoyed me the most was not being informed up front about that.

It was virtually impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, it went from cold to hot and it was unable to maintain a steady temperature. We had to pick up the keys from a location which was 10 minutes walking distance on rough cobbled streets to where the property was located. We had suitcases to lug with us, so this made it very uncomfortable. In addition, we understand that these pedestrian streets could not accommodate neither cars nor taxis. Definitely needs to be mentioned! There was no lift, and we had to walk up four flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. It should be mentioned that the property did not have a lift, for people with mobility issues. Although there was double glazing in the windows, the property was located smack in between several very noisy bars, and there was loud music till the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to sleep without having earplugs, and even then you could hear the basic Reverberation of the music. Not a good night sleep. This is a shame as the bed was very comfortable as we mentioned. Lastly, we were asked to give €100 deposit on the credit card. This was not mentioned at any point in the booking. Not fair!

The property was very comfortable, and spacious. Everything seem to be working well, clean, and in good condition.

The staff of the hotel where we took the keys was rude and we had to go back to the hotel in a snowy day because they didn’t give us enough information about which was the apartment we had booked.They also didn’t answer the phone so we were really frustrated.

The apartment was clean,comfortable,nice and in a very good location in the city center.

It's a 4th floor without lift. One of the curtains of the bethroom was broken. The person who I left the keys of the apartament was so rude.

One level arrangement. No separate bedroom. No toiletries, although advertised that there would be. Very poor Wifi connection.

We have stayed in Laipu apartments twice. The location is excellent, apartment was clean.

The apartment was very dirty and I am not kidding or overthinking.... Firstly, they had to hoover the floor! The carpet was incredibly dirty and there were loads of mess on it. Shelves in the kitchen with the cutlery and other staff were not clean - spilled coffee or something similar in it. Also we could not even wash our hands after a walk simply because hand soap was not provided. In addition we struggled to get in as the front door played games and did not open. We tried to call the staff for help using the phone number written beside the door, but no one answered. Why would you provide an emergency phone number if you never answer? I would not recommend this apartment as it is not worth the money. It's better to book a room in the hotel which includes breakfast for such money, which is much more clean and customer friendly. We were really disappointed and will never return again, not worth it.

originally had penthouse Appartment up 6 flights of stone steps and no lift absolutely impossible to get our case up so got room swapped immediately by wonderful flat owner no issues
