The jacuzzi was leaving dirty residue and the door was making an awful sound everytime you open or close it.

The lights in the leaving rooms are not working, and neither are the lights in the bathroom. One of the hobs is also not functioning. There is a lot of noise from the other appartement. The combi oven is super complicated to use, and there was no user manual. I also got stuck between floors in the lift

- distance to central (20 mins walk), no supermarket around so make sure you stock up if you need any water or breakfast - wifi kept dropping

Even after complaining several time no-one took care of the faulty internet service. It was really an i dont care attitude. The building was being pressure washed and painted, so couldn't open any window and it was suffocating. Reaching the place was difficult ( atleast some information from apartment owners would have been helpful).

The room was good inside with basic kitchen.

Some minor details such as lack of toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, milk for the coffee or tea, tooth paste etc. The spa bath which is the selling point of this luxury apartment didn't work.

The apartment was very beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Even though it was just one person on the couch bed it could easy sleep 2 and a small person.The location was great and easy to get to. The communication to get the keys went very smoothly.

Minor discomfort is that the senseo coffee machine didn’t work might this need some fixing in the future but this is not a big issue for us at all.

The property is very close to the bus station which finds us very convenient specially if you have family members which challenges in walking long distance.

Host was super nice. Check in was smooth. Location was perfect where everything was 15 minutes away. The bus stop was right in front of the property. No noise, facilities were very well equipped. We loved it. 100% recommend.

We told our players to call the host (as asked by them) and they did. However after 2 calls over the span of an hour the host did not come and stopped answering the phone. I had to call the host to get everything sorted, which still took some time. The couch was quite dirty.

The team let us check in earlier then normal as our flight arrived in super early. That was amazing considering we had no where else to go and it was cold. Staff was awesome and showed us the ins and outs when he let us in. Location is off the beaten path, but cozy and quiet. There is a bus stop 10 feet from the apartment. 1 transfer, and your downtown with access to the city...great stay

The manager call me and said to call him 10 min before my arrival at 15:30.I did it and said that someone was on the way and I had to wait. Then I called again after 13 min and he gave me a code of a box to take the key.

Sofa bed broken (could not be converted to bed), so kids had to sleep on a matrass on the floor. No seperate shower, but a "shower" in the bathtub was the most disappointing part. Not luxury at all.

It was just "ok", clean enough but not what we would call luxury.
