Fairly small bed for a Queen. Small reception area, busy at checkin/checkout.

Easy access to the city, tram a few minutes walk. (Free transport on bus, tram, train within Luxembourg). Large mall nearby with restaurants. Reasonably sized room, excellent shower. Very quiet. Reception staff helpful. Get there early for a parking space nearby.

The hotel highlighted that they do have EV chargers. but for such a huge property there were only 3 EV chargers and one of that wasnt working. effectively 2 EV chargers.. However nearby there are fast chargers...

The property is quite modern and there is a direct tram connectivity to city centre.. it was quiet as all the big offices nearby were closed over the weekend.

The room temperature was set to 24 degrees which made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. I called the reception and the lady called. Merril said there said there is nothing she could do to help as she was the only person on the shift and laughed. We thought that was a bit unprofessional!! The parking onsite was full but we managed to get parking in their underground space which was great but the lift was not working which made it very difficult to carry our luggage.

Two double sized twins beds in the room, very comfortable beds, large screen TV. The WiFi was very good. The guys at the reception during that day were very helpful and provided good local information. It’s very close to the train station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive — truly going above and beyond. I mentioned beforehand that I was coming to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne, glasses, and some sweets in the room, plus a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Although of excellent quality, the breakfast is expensive. Pillows were very lumpy, so probably should invest in new ones.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice for everyone. Rooms nice and spacious. Great location with easy access to public transport. Didn't need to use the car.

There is no way to reserve for example a slot for charging or a time limit for taking a spot with a charger also some guests that did not have EV yet they occupied the EV spaces which was inconvenient

The property is close to a tram station which connects directly to the city center. The hotel looks new and the rooms are spacious with a modern clean look. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to all requests. There are parking spaces (for extra charge) with chargers for EV. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast time is chaotic, no plates, no tableware available. Can you imagine? Gusts should be warned beforehand about large groups. I.e. make reservations and plans.

Excellent hotel, had entertainment in the lobby for children such as a balloon artist. Rooms very clean, staff helpful and accommodating . Really well located by the tram stops into the city.
