Wifi connection could be improved. The cell service was very limited at the location so powerful wifi is a must to have.

It's a beautiful location and houses are also nice and comfortable. There is a hike very close to the location, which is also kid friendly.

Just be aware that 2-floors houses have very steep stairs, may be a problem for families with small children.

The walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the next house. The WC is just next to the kitchen. 10 am. is too early for checkout. I received 18 e-mails about my reservation before my arriving, it is too much.

No real complaints. The apartments are in built in a row, so some noise from the neighbours.

The rental had everything that we needed for a week in Luxembourg, walking the various trails that are available in the area. A bus station was right next door to the property, allowing usage of the free public transport in Luxembourg, which was very convenient. We were allowed to bring our pet (dog).

The reception was a bit grumpy but the F&B was lovely! The location also has a deposit that you have to pay before 18.00 on the day of arrival, before you book this is not really clear.

the location is perfect. it takes only 15 minutes from the park to castle Vianden and Bourscheid. the house is ok, fine to stay a couple of days.

Minor issue: One of the bathroom door keys was missing, so the door couldn't be locked.And in an ideal world, the kitchen would have been a bit larger and included a dishwasher - but that would all have to come at a financial cost.

Reception was easy to find. Reception staff were very helpful and proficient in several languages. The house had a good size living room and three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with separate toilet) and outside seating.

I think if I had my expectations in the right place (i.e. this is more of a camp-type experience vs a hotel stay) it would be perfect. I think the lead up of a 60 day non-refundable cancelation period + getting contacted separately (through a different link) to pay for our pet fee (only 5 EUR per day), and the weird actual 'deposit' required, was slightly anxiety inducing but I think they are just trying to protect their staffing model and property the way they know how.

Its a pretty 'bare bones' room and it definitely had a 'I'm at summer camp' vibe! It was great for what we needed: a space to stay for a week in the north so we could easily drive to many of the trailheads. The property was clean and safe and the restaurant/cafe on property was open every day which gave us options for an easy dinner if we were tired. I do think it would be a struggle to do anything off the property without a car (probably expected in this area!). We were able to go on long walks through the nearby gardens and trails and it was beautiful.

Nothing really - I guess the worry that we would use more than our allocated electricity / heating (without knowing what that was nor how much would be taken from the deposit if we did go over) was a little annoying and made us feel less comfortable than we could have been.

We were late to check in but arrangements were made easily and efficiently. A nice touch for the kids to find Easter eggs waiting after a long drive! The park was lovely, well set out so you felt private while still being part of a little community. Good facilities - table tennis, basketball hoop and right next door to a beautiful walking trail through the woods. Accommodation itself very clean and functional - everything you could need and the beds were super comfortable.

If you are somewhat tall then it won't be as comfortable. The houses are also very noisy. You can hear people talk, walking and moving furniture a lot in the early morning and late evening which is very loud. It also sounded like someone was on the roof which made sleeping difficult at times. The fridge was clean but smelled horrible so we didn't use it. The kitchen seemed lacking some stuff such as soup bowls.

The accomodation was nice and the staff was very friendly. The furniture was comfortable and was in good condition. There was enough space the park our car.
