Close to the railway and bus station but only 3 stops on the tram to the centre and public transport is free. Lovely hotel and staff bedroom small but only stayed one night and the bed and pillows were so very comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast as an early start the next day.

I liked the cozy feeling the apartment and hotel gave off. Even though the room size was not large, I did not feel like it was cramped there. Also, the bed was super comfy.

Expensive breakfast.

Good basic hotel near to the railway station. Very comfortable and very clean. We had a small problem... the coffee machine in the room didn't work but it was quickly resolved by the member of staff. We didn't take the breakfast as 20 euros per person was a bit expensive.

Not a big deal, but a few people said their showers leaked when they used the handheld shower head (rain shower head didn’t cause this). It would have been nice to have the tables and chairs in front of the hotel available every day and night

The location was awesome. It was close to the old city. The staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurants are nearby. We loved sitting outside in front of the hotel when they made tables and chairs available. Luxembourg has free public transportation which was extremely wonderful.

Rooms a little on the small side, especially rooms on top floor with sloping roof - banged head several times

Great hotel and staff. Good location, only a very short walk to the train station, and plenty of restaurants just oitside, but a very quiet bed room. Huge, comfortable bed and a good sized room for Europe. Tiny bathroom but large, powerful shower. Good choice of lovely, fresh breakfast items. Our superior room had a good sized terrace. We'd definitely stay again.

It was close to the station however in a less favourable area of the city. I’d had realised would have chosen a different location We had a standard room & it seemed very small, however they evidently had even smaller rooms & were told we had one of the larger standard rooms!

The room was a bit to small to accommodate two people for several nights. But it’s manageable and cosy.

The room was is very nice decorated and well-equipped. Looked even better than the photos on Booking.

The room wasn't cleaned very well during our stay. The room wasn't hoovered or the sink cleaned.We stayed 4 nights. We requested late checkout to 12 on our last day. Checkout was 11 am. First, we were told she couldn't be sure if we could have the room for the hour. Then she said if we paid €30 we could have it. We paid the €30. We ended up checking out at 11:50, and there was a different staff member on the reception, and he refunded us the €30. There were a few English TV channels. However, the reception wasn't always very good. Sometimes you couldn't watch them.
