Friendly staff and nice location

Decent sized comfort room, great breakfast, easy check-in, good pillows, access to train and bus stations by a short-ish walk

Bed was a bit caved-in in the middle The church bells ring for about 5 minutes at 7am which you can hear if your window is open - nothing the hotel can do about it but just to make people aware.

It was in a very quiet location but very peaceful place

The receptionist was helpful and kind

The restaurant (we have waited more than an hour to get the soup for the kids, than another hour to have the main menu, we couldn’t wait for the dessert but we had to pay for it)

The food in the restaurant at the evening was nice, just as the restaurant itself as well... You must reserve the pool and sauna and so you can enjoy some privacy...

Our room was not very clean, dust all over the room and the badroom. The soapbottles were empty, and the towel and bathrobe for the sauna are not included...

Our room was nice and big, location and nature was nice.

Swimming pool was busy, breakfast was small place and not good, some of the staff was not friendly , service in restaurant was not good. They dont have airconditioner in the room just small fan.

The location is great and the entire property and hotel are amazing. We loved sitting in the courtyard area and having a drink every night. Rooms were big and comfortable.

No AC in our room, so it did get really hot during the night making it difficult to sleep.

The staffs were amazing especially in the restaurant and receptionist. The location is also good near supermarket.

The food price were overpriced and the taste were basic. We had lunch and breakfast there. The hotel was inc breakfast but the breakfast was so basic that is better to take exc breakfast and have it somewhere else.

Nothing. I do not recommend. Food is not as advertised.

The room is wet, even in the summer. Smells old. Noisy and wet. My allergies went on the roof.

Cost was high but maybe timing was against us

Good breakfast, everything was replenished quickly. Nice pool, with reservation system but barely used. After asking at reception I could usually privately swim within 30 minutes. Otherwise they also have shared hours in the morning and end of afternoon. Single room had a big enough bed and great bathroom. Pretty close to public transport too, which is all free in Luxembourg.

Hotel consists of 2 buildings, the orange building has the swimming pool on the ground floor, so it does smell like chlorine there in the hallway.

Room was huge. Quiet.

Room was circa 1970 in style and faced a cliff at rear of a separate accommodation block.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good room facilities, fridge , kettle, seating and the very best lights for reading on bed

Sadly, restaurant closed on Tuesday and Wednesday - the nights of our stay!

Nice location

The rooms are very outdated, not clean and not cosy! Not a nice place to be.

I loved how secluded the hotel felt surrounded by trees. The place had a great sauna , swimming pool and massage chair. The beds were comfortable and each room had a wonderful Jacuzzi bath. The restaurant was exceptional, I’ve had the best lamb and the best crème brûlée of my entire life there. compliments to the chef!!
