Electric vehicle charging station would be nice to have. Wasn’t so comfortable that we had to walk to Draugyste hotel for pool and spa.

Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Not many dishes to choose from, but anyways. Every morning it was different.

This is not a stylish modern hotel so don't expect that, but it has great traditional elements and comfort and is perfect for families.

The additional spa facilities are excellent located next door. The room size was great and location.

Breakfast starts late, only 8am. Spa is advertised to be open until 9pm, but in reality they close at 8:15pm.

No normal body wash for the shower! No laundery services! All treatments needs to be done in the old fashioned senatorium!

All things for me were OK.

It was perfect breakfast, the meal was super fresh and deliciuos. The room exceeded my expectations, we got it with big terrace and spectacular view to the river.

The breakfast could be better and with bigger variety. On the other hand it's understandable since it is a really small hotel.

Very nice small hotel. Good for relaxing. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment. I requested a room with a balcony, and even if they informed me that they couldn't guarantee, eventually they fulfilled my wish. A big thank you.

Some places require refreshment - partially rooms furniture and bathroom. Experienced traveler's eye noticed seasoned mold traces in the shower cabin (inside, close to the floor of the shower cabin doors) - inacceptable thing in a 4*hotel!

Quasi-historic villa (in realty built just two decades ago in a place where old villa "Gulianni" existed long ago). Looks really interesting from outside, romantic and quite stylish. Very special place in town - not too far from historical center on right on high river's shore. Some rooms has a river view. Inside interior is predominantly attractive, with winter garden and sauna/jacuzzi on the ground floor. Warmly-coloured public areas and rooms (reddish wood and red carpets, plus polished reddish stone and dark-brown parquet imitations on the floors) will attract 90-s style fans(probably will recall later period Soviet-luxury to others). Spacey rooms, greatsecond-floor terrace with river view. Good if not exceptional breakfast. Great bed. Generally, relaxed atmosphere. Free parking on a front of hotel.

The toiletries in the bathroom (two small soap bars and two small shampoo bags for 2 persons) were supplied once only at the arrival. The reception clerks have explained me very politely that these are the hotel (4-star hotel) rules. They suggested me to purchase the additional toiletry for next three of four nights in any supermarket....

The room was large, very comfortable, overlooking the Neman river, excellent breakfast and a very exclusive restaurant, especially delicious porcini mushroom soup.

Beautiful place, lovely suit, very good food. We returned to Violeta the second time. No Spa but there are Spas very near,3 minutes walk.
