Noise. It the only serious issue in this place. As the house is wooden the sound isolation is very low. You hear all the cars on the street, and the restaurant downstairs. The restaurant starts vacoom cleaning with furniture mooving at 8am every morning. + The music during the whole day. Also you cant have a coffee before 9am. Also the room is good for 1 personne, but for 2 it would be too small.

The location was great and the quality of breakfast on offer to guests and the service of the restaurant staff were fantastic!

The room was very small and quite claustrophobic, especially the shower cubicle. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no change of towels or bedding, nor was the bin emptied during our stay which was disappointing.

The location is very convenient – everything is within walking distance, and it’s easy to come back to leave your things. Breakfast is ordered from the menu with a wide and delicious selection. The beds are soft and comfortable, we had a really good rest. It was also very nice to spend the evenings on the balcony overlooking the lake.

The room was quite small, and we couldn’t find any conveniently placed sockets to charge our phones. There is no private parking, only a shared one, so it’s easy not to find a spot for the car.

Location was great, staff friendly. Room a little small but for 1 night was enough. Very tasty breakfast and coffee included, definetly worth the money.

Small rooms, no refrigerator, no kettle, they didn't clean and they didn't change towels every 4 days.

Hotel staff aren't trained well enough, there are no clear instructions for the breakfast menu. Service was slow , no iron board and plug sockets badly displayed. Otherwise the staff was polite enough.

What a shame it was just one night! We had an absolute perfect stay. The spa town atmosphere was very relaxing, necessary for us travellers. The House location opposite the lake and in the centre of the town was perfect. We ate conveniently at the House, food was delicious and plentiful. The House brekkie was “off the menu” that too was a very pleasant surprise, and delicious!!

We got a corner room with windows to a open air bar. It would not be a problem, but when traveling with kids, load music playing on Friday untill 02:00 is very annoying, especially that even with windows closed the radiator was buzzing from the bass playing outside. Fortunatelly on Saturday the music was quetier so we could sleep with open windows and listen to drunk people singing loudly while they waited for the bus in bus stop. Electricity needs to be checked, as after puting phone charger to wall sockect it got zapped and stopped working (the carger got fried) None of the lights were fully working and some of them were blinking.

Great location, very good restaurant for food and drinks. The breakfast menu is very varied with big portions and very delicious. Great value for the money.

No air conditioning but there was a fan in the room that helped a lot on the hot summer day.

The location was great with free parking and some lovely cafes right next door. We really enjoyed the wide selection of freshly made breakfast and appreciated the staff that was really helpful! ;)

The room size is quite small but the terrace with a view is definitely a bonus. We missed electric sockets in common/comfortable places, also there were some issues with the room lightning that needs fixing.

Good location, tidy room. We really enjoyed a variety of breakfast options to choose from. We had a dinner at the House restaurant and the food was really delicious.
