Cleaning wasn’t ideal, especially the floor in the room.

Good value for it’s price. You don’t expect a surprise from this hotel. But its cosy room was wonderful for one summer night stay in the centre of town. Nice atmosphere in the house encourage calm and the rest. Everything you need is close to the hotel, good uzbekas restaurant on the first floor is a plus.

Very central location, old house, private free parking. I was worried that there will be no AC, but our room was very cool and open for fresh air during hot summer weekend. Pet friendly and self check-in as expected! 👍

1. The walls are really thin. The comfort of your stay kind of depends on your neighbours. If they are loud and inconsiderate, they may ruin your stay especially if you're travelling solo and searching for peace and quiet.

I stayed there as a backpacking female solo traveler. 1. The location is perfect - the place is literally 5 min from the bus station. No matter how heavy your backpack may be (mine was 17km) it's a super walkable distance. 2. Tourist information is 30 sec away from the hotel. 3. Some of the city's best restaurants are just round the corner. The supermarket is also literally 2 minutes away. Regardless of its central location the hotel is extremely quiet. 4. The owner / manager is a super nice and helpful lady. She mostly speaks Russian but somehow with a small help of Google translate it's enough to communicate 5. The place SMELLS GREAT. It smells of old wood and the sun. It smells like rustic down to earth relaxing holidays. 6. I loved the old staircase and the old school design. In general staying there feels a bit like time travelling. This is exactly what I was looking for and needed. 7. Although the rooms are small, the balconies are really spacious and nice. I loved sitting outside and watching people pass by under the window

First of all to find the car park was a nightmare as there was no signs to the car park and all maps showed to go different way which was leading nowhere. The hotel was extremely basic. Room was cold, very small. Old tv, not enough plugs so if we had to charge a phone we had to disconnect tv or table lamp. Only 2 hangers provided. Only one old towel provided per person. No rubbish bin in the room. We asked for 2 single beds and found them attached together so was like double size bed. The lock in bathroom was removed. The heater in bathroom didn't work. No shampoo or shower gel provided. There was a mat on the floor by the shower which is reusable so who knows how many people stepped on it and felt unhygienic. There is only 4 hours window for check in and if you miss it you won't be able to check in. They do not provide any breakfast.

The owner was lovely and location is really good. Apart that nothing else was positive.

The furniture was very old. The bed was making noise, the bed head was not very clean because it is old and made of fabric. The bed sheets were clean, although it was not pleasant for they were too old :(
