The carpet in the hotel room had a smell resemnling of wet dog.

Good location, close to most attractions and the beach. Clean room and comfy bed. Good breakfast but coffee had no sting so I had to drink three cups before I woke up.

The hotel is in a great location: close to the sea, bordering the botanical park, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was modern, spacious, and clean with the comfortable beds and several cosy armchairs. The food for breakfast and dinner was really delicious. This was our second stay at this hotel, we will definitely use it in the future.

The room needs renovation: the water is leaking in some places (near the bathroom) and this may cause the formation of fungi.

Room layout and bed were really comfortable. Nice balconies and plenty natural light. Good kids play area with engaging games/toys Delicious breakfast. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent front desk staff. Especially Romanus.

Wi- fi connection not very good. Sleeping sofa not very comfortable.

Access to swimming pool and saunas. Nice big terrace. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Only things that slightly bothered were no shelf in shower, where to you put shampoo and soap etc. Maybe needs Adult only hour in bath area, two many noisy kids to relax. And to be fair, a parent and child hour. But still good

A very nice 4 star hotel, very clean and tidy throughout, quiet and restful. It's own restaurant and bar with buffet breakfast and selected menu of nice tasty meals. Spacious rooms with fridge for when you need to rest. 3 types of sauna, a jacuzzi and pool in the hotel. Situated just down from a lovely park with access to beach in one direction, in the other direction you get to palanga's main restaurant, club and shop strip that leads to palanga pier. A big thank you to all staff for pleasant stay and surprise presents when they found out it was my birthday.

Everything was good. It would be nice to have some complementary drinks in the room free of charge, like water. But they note that tap water is good for drinking so that’s no problem.

The location and the facilities were very good. Our little one loved spending time in childrens corner. The apartment with two bedrooms was clean, spacious and comfy. Nice jacuzzi and saunas. Good variety of breakfast choices.

It's strange that we had to pay to use the pool in the evening, it should be included in the general price.

Location is absolutely fantastic, across the street from Birute Park and a short walk to the beach. The size of the apartment was wonderful, bigger than I expected.

We stayed for 1 night in a 2 bed room. It was spacious, clean, had all needed amenities. Breakfast was included into the price and we really enjoyed it. Everything was fresh and they prepare you a meal for breakfast free of charge if you want. Also spa center facility is free of charge between 8-12 in the morning, which is really nice. It is not very big, but really enough to enjoy during the stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a private parking lot under the fee but also free street parking outside. Hotel is well located, just across the street Birutė's park and about 500m from Basanavičius street.

very nice stay, my recommendation to use 406 room. Very close to see, good location, if You come to Palanga stay in Vetra.

Pool / sauna area is free only for a short time in the morning, which was only specified later but it was still a nice experience. Pool / sauna area is quite small but we were staying there off - season, so it was just enough space, might not be the same in the summer time.

Great breakfast and restaurant, many delicious choices. The location is amazing, you can easily walk to all main attractions. Spa is beautiful and nice. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. The stay felt relaxing and overall very nice.
