We’ve ordered a room with 3 beds, and the 3rd bed was placed in a 2bed room, because it was blocking the fridge and it was clear that it was brought in as an extra bed. The room wasn’t that clean and there’s no AC except for poorly working fan.

1. Totally uncomfortable beds, and on top of that my brother felt bitten before he even got into bed (we thought it was fleas or something). 2. What we picked up, the TV remote control and the spoon, were completely greasy and we had no idea why. When we used the spoons provided by the hotel in the room, we realised that we had no way of washing them (no washing-up liquid, no sponge). And then we thought, maybe the people who stayed there before had just washed them in water, left them in the same place where nobody had taken them out to rinse, and then used them themselves? 3. There were 2 toilets in the room - one had a shower that was very hard to turn on (the tap seemed to be easy to pull out of the wall as the tiles around it were cracked) and the other had a sink sticking out of it. What's more, the biggest shock was that the window in the second toilet had neither a curtain nor anything to cover the window (I've attached photos). Passers-by from Maxima and people in the room can watch people showering in full view :) I have never seen anything like this before.

We liked the friendly staff and the location of the hotel, which is not far from the centre and supermarkets. Specious rooms.

Lack of variety during breakfast, but understandable for a 2-3* star hotel. Overall, matched expectations, since we needed quite cheap place to stay overnight

Orderly, simple hotel. The place is a bit farther from city center, but still manageable. Only stayed for one night and this was ok. Nothing fancy, nothing exceptional, just ordinary hotel.

Reception not working 24h. only from morning to evening. breakfast only from 8:30. if you want to leave earlier, there will be no one to give the keys to and there will be no breakfast either. When we leave, the reception was not working, we leave the keys to the restaurant. the person said that everything is ok, no more payments. later a person from the reception called and said that we need to come back and pay the city tax. we return because we are honest guests. very rude person at the reception desk, not even apologizing to us for the situation. principle, we use our time and resources to pay the personal tax so that the employees do not have to pay from their own pockets. In principle, these things must be controlled by you. we have no idea and ran to find you and ask if everything is ok. we come to relax. summer is very hot in the rooms. no air conditioner. breakfast is very modest, but enough to eat. overall everything is fine. but I probably won't come back again

Just an ordinary city view to the house next door, there is a construction ongoing nearby as well. Furniture isn't very modern. Was a lack of conditioner in rooms, it was quite hot at night. More like all in one - bar, sport centre, some kind of offices and hotel.

Rooms werr clean, nice. Fridge and kettle was in the room. For 2 bedroom room there were 2 wc which was nice. Delicious breakfast, could choose from cold and hot aswell (omelette or pancakes which were huge portions). Nice interrior to enjoy the meal.

The carpet in the room is not the newest and freshest. But for the short stay it was ok.

Short term we could find a room. Small restaurant in the ground floor. All questions we solved quickly. Friendly personnel.

It looks liek the room was cleaned long before arrival or done carelessly. The staff helped us, but it looked like it makes a big effort for them and we are not welcome.

I like that the room had electric kettle and bath tab. The breakfast was with a lot of cold meet options, slats and greens. In general quality of the food was good.

Our room was very cold. Even when the radiator was turn to the maximum the heat in the room does not really gone up. Bathroom was lack of hand soap and the shower bath gel was just water. The place where the hair dryer should be was only the what is left of hair dryer - stand with no hair dryer. Lack of towels for body.

The hotel is in the good location and the price is acceptable. The breakfast was verš good.

The location is perfect, there's a supermarket next to the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, various meals to everyone taste. The staff is 10/10. Friendly, helpful and pleasing.

While I was in my accommodation, only one guy was responsible for everything: cleaning and checking in/out new people. I don't think that's a good way to show the hotel's values. I got notice that the owners of the hotel changing so hope for better times. The interior of the room is kind old old-fashioned - but it's not a problem. But if we're thinking about changing and upgrading something so furniture and carpets should go on the list TOP1.

It is a good place to stay for no longer than 2 nights. The hotel's location is good: it is not less than a 20-minute walk to the city centre. However, if you need just to put a head for the night it will suit your needs. It was a clean place.

The hotel cleanliness is not existing. The interior is old with visible usage damage and not clean. The worst this is that hotel didn't bother to inform us prior to booking that restaurant in first floor will have event during your one night stay until 1 am. This was only wrote on note left in hotel room after we have entered it.

Nothing really much positive about this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. And the check in was very rushed by personal, because they wanted to go home and do not have anyone cover their shift after 19 pm. We have received call telling us to hurry at 17 pm.

Our previously confirmed requests weren’t executed. Rooms was not in good condition. we got best room of our group. Staff was not very polite or welcoming. Breakfast was not tasty. It was more hostel than hotel.
