Bicycles for the guests 5 eur/h?? Really? The hotel staff could be more friendlier and greet their guests from time to time.. when we arrived, the room still had some sand in the bathroom, did not feel 100% clean.

The location is very quiet and just in front of a huge park, not far away from the beach. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - loved it!

During my stay, I slept on the single sofa bed in the room. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable, as it was low to the floor and no mattress, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Mould in the shower Kettle wasn't working

The jacuzzi was very hot, not sure it was 38 degrees. Steamroom was also extremely hot, couldn't use it. The breakfast was ok, but for a hotel of this level, I was expecting something better.

Super nice hotel, the area is amazing! The staff in reception were also very nice and welcoming. The room was super spacious. We were traveling with our two kids, so we got a big bed plus a sofa bed. Both were very comfortable. Also very nice room for a family traveling with a pet. Overall, everything was very clean. The Spa area is quite small but not bad. We had dinner in their restaurant...it was excellent!!

Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options (but not too much) for any taste. If the weather had been better, our stay would have been perfect, but the hotel really softened the impact of the bad weather :)

No additional accessories fir the kids in the room- no ‘step’, no toilet seat, hand washing soap is hard to reach for a kid.

It reminds me a bit the Soviet pansions...Perhaps some modern design might improve the impression. I'd say it is a bit overpriced, at least for first day of a season.

Well located hotel a couple of minutes away from the beginning of a main Palanga promenade. Breakfast was tasty with many good choices. The staff is helpful. There is a parking lot which is great. Swimming pool.

The hotel is really nice, the location is excellent. However during the breakfast pancakes were disapointing, they were overcooked, there was no nutella - it's a complete must at the hotel 😊 But overall I was happy with my stay.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms - a family with a child lived in the next room and the child's running and crying could be heard until late at night. In general, this hotel is not the best place for those who want a quiet rest because the main visitors are families with small children. Cleanliness - our room seem to be clean but the light-colored carpeting was stained, which created the impression of dirt. Spa zone - it is indicated that the saunas start working from 5 p.m. but when we visited a little bit past 5 p.m. they were not turned on yet. The water in the jacuzzi was very chlorinated, it irritated my eyes. Generally, there is room for improvement

Lack of care at some not nice moments. At the breakfast one oil bottle with herbs had a lot of mold in it, the staff did not even apologize, when I showed them. The pool had a lamp fallen out of place while people were inside, wires and lamp was floating in the water, and after calling the reception (via my cellphone, as I could not locate a phone in the pool zone, also there was no staff), the carpenter came after a while and looked for people inside the pool to help him put it back in. No apologies as well. The reception was empty at the check-out, and there was no self service available, had to wait and call many times, nobody reacted and we were in a hurry.

Location is super good, right to the park near museum, easy to access the beach. We stayed at Easter weekend, therefore it was nicely decorated with buge teddy bears and easter eggs. Breakfast was superb, looked not too much visually, but a lot of options for all tastes and on Easter it had decorated eggs, also stuffed eggs that were colorful and left an impression. The property itself is a nice place. There was live music at the restaurant terrace in the evening.

The hotel is dog friendly and it was absolutely fantastic, except the restaurant and the breakfast location, which was not dog friendly for some kind of reason. However, our waitress was fantastic and extremely polite person able to solve problems at a very high level. She took great care of us in the lobby as we had with puppy us.
