AustraliaWe didn't like see through bathroom, no privacy. There is no reception, caretaker lives in near by house, often hard to find him. Have to everyday ask him to clean the room ( if you find him ) when room is cleaned and you come back there is no towels no tea cups no tea, coffee or sugar, then you have to go out and try to find caretaker ( often can't find him as he's gone somewhere) Caretaker man is very friendly and helpful person but somehow not really well organised to run a hotel. Also he only takes rupees, no credit cards or dollars, even though sri lankan coverment say that hotels should only take dollars.
New place, AC worked very well comfortable large rooms,nice quiet surroundings, good location.

SwedenWe really missed a pool on our first morning in Sri Lanka. We also found it slightly disappointed to have cats and dogs around us at breakfast.
The breakfast as such was good and the staff helped out in getting us some extra water when we arrived late at night. The room was very modern and especially the shower room/toilet was very fresh.

We had a very comfortable stay at Woodgrove Cabanas! The room and bathroom were spacious, and the AC worked great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even leveled up the Wifi for us because we complained it was too slow.

SpainThe issue was they did not picked up as at the airport at 02:00 am as commited and nobody was waiting for us at the hotel. We had to find a taxi and another hotel at 03:00 am in the night. Hotel cancelled finnally the reservation.
We can say nothing about the hotel facilities.

Everything was perfect, family and the owner was so kind to Us and asked of we need something. Bit the most important thing on Sri Łańska rooms was that the room was totally clean, no dirt, no any bugs. You can feel very comfortable there. Close is nice restaurant and main road where are mamy places to eat so localisation is perfect :) If we will come back to Sri Lanka ona day we will definitely come back here :)

AustriaYou can see the person using the toilet from the room. The music from the neighboring hotel is so loud that you can't sleep. There are a lot of mosquitoes there. The “restaurant” is a covered place. Breakfast is only available from 8 a.m. Anyone who leaves beforehand will not receive breakfast or a packed lunch, even if this has been paid for! The airport transfer offered is overpriced. Use Uber or another app!
