Cleaning of the rooms should be little better

Amazing location. Beautiful and cozy property. It felt like home . Staff was very friendly and helpful specially Mr Christy . He was very accommodation and helpful . Took really good care of us . We stayed there for 3 nights and we had our Breakfast and Dinner daily at the hotel because their chef is amazing and food is delicious .Overall experience is 10/10 👍😁

The washroom windows need to be covered with thick curtains.

I like the location, how they have done the interior fit to the theme and cozy. Staff was welcoming. Cozy rooms with comfortable beds and enough space. The view is perfect. Well put together to wind down on a vacation.

Our room was very spacious, bright, and clean. The surrounding area truly feels like “Little England”—neat, quiet, and elegant. We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast; the portions and variety were more than satisfying. There is also a nice restaurant nearby which is a good option, especially for drinks. The staff arranged a tuk-tuk for us to explore Nuwara Eliya, including tea plantations and waterfalls, which was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place—we only wish we could have stayed longer.

It transfers you into another world. Beautiful location. About 10-15 mins from city centre but definitely worth staying. If you have more days in nuwara iliya this place would be ideal for the stay. Quiet location, even if you want to rest and take the day easy it’s the perfect location. The staff will make sure you are well fed and taken care off. They are very attentive. Before arrival Junaid messaged me and enquired about arrival time. Our room was ready. There is a lovely restaurant just few steps away from the stay. Which is open till 0930pm. For a change you can have your meals there as well. Otherwise chef at the property is great too.

The facility could improve on quality beds ets and pillows, blankets. Hot water supply was hit and miss and the window being shut was an issue with cold air leaking in.

The setting/location is very nice and the ambience is ideally with the facility being in the midst of tea plantation and worker village. Meals were prepared fresh and attended to guests' requirements/requests.

The finishing of the bathroom is not good and the curtain in the bathroom was dirty. We have seen some several places with mold but I guess that’s inheretant to the environment.

The hotel is situated in the Pedro gated community, about a 15 minute drive from the centre. The hotel has 5 star aspirations but it’s a 4 star experience. The staff however is very friendly and professional (if I could I would give the staff 6 stars).

Lovely welcome , nice breakfast. Main restaurant was over in pub across quiet road in gated development.Good choice of meals of excellent quality.. Staff very aware of us enjoying the music being played. One member of staff allowed us to choose our own music on their apple music account so we could have a singalong.

In monsun weather very cold and humid hotel. Owner did big mistake by not having central heating. A small heater (more not working than does) is not helping.

Hotel by itself is very nice. Comfortable. In the middle of tea plantages. Staff, very helping. Very kind. All the time working- connected on whatsapp.

Little far from the city centre, so difficult to reach without a car or tuktuk.

The place was nice. Tea plantation farms around the hotel. The staff was amazing and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and cosy.
