Everything was good. It would have been better if they change the location of the AC in the triple room so everyone in the room can get air.

Everything at this hotel was perfect. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance from the main road and the beach but far enough that we don't hear the city noise. I think it was the most confortable room of my trip and everything was clean. The breakfast is delicious and copious

By far one of our best rooms in a 4-week Sri Lanka trip. Clean, spacious, with wonderful hosts. Book it! They really care about you and your comfort.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and exceptional in their service. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was how they took care of our breakfast, everything was arranged perfectly and served with such care. It’s those small thoughtful touches that really made a difference. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely come back again.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome, very, very tasty, beautiful, varied breakfasts: every day a new dish, yogurt, ice cream, a lot of fruits. The room is large, very clean, white linen, comfortable bed, no insects, no noise, everything is there for convenience, including a hairdryer, water cooler on the first floor. The location was convenient for us, the singing of birds, peacocks, peace and quiet. The hostess of the villa is always ready to help and make the rest comfortable. We were very happy to spend our holidays in such a friendly atmosphere, as if we had come to visit relatives. Good luck and all the best, thanks!

Great place to stay in Mirissa. Owner is very kind and very helpful. We arrived early and she quickly finished the cleaning and let us in. For a family of 4, we booked a big room with 2 double/queen beds. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The room also has air conditioning which is very important in hot weather. Breakfast is top-notch, lots of variety, and it was very tasty. As you can see in the photo, breakfast includes lots of fruits, pancakes, eggs, sausages,etc. On day 2, kids also had ice cream for breakfast. I'd say breakfast is better than most of the 5 star hotels. Location is also very convenient. It's 7-9min walk from Mirissa beach and 15min walk from Coconut tree hill. The Mirissa train station is 5mins tuk tuk drive.

Everything was perfect.

It is in a quiet place about a 10 minute walk to Mirissa beach. The people who owned the property were really helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and tidy.. One day, we sat outside on the balcony and watched the monkeys in the trees surrounding the garden. After going whale watching, the hostess fetched us a delicious plates of fruit. Very pleased and would definitely come again.10 out of 10 for Anu and the family..

Oh wow - what a place that was! Absolute 10/10 Great location Perfect owner (very well english speaking person). Always smiling. Helped us to arrange a very early morning tuktuk ride to matara railway for a reasonable fare. Breakfast - fantastic! And a lot! We weren't able to eat all of the things (both local and standard). Also got a takeaway package for our ride in the morning And the place itself - super clean, spacious, not humid, with AC, no insects. The room was very comfortable, with big bed and all the additional furtniture or accesories we needed. The atmosphere of that place is amazing - highly reccomending!

It was the perfect stay to relax and enjoy a few days of Mirissa. Anu and her family were super nice and made us plenty delicious homemade Sri-Lanken breakfast. One of the best food we had so far here. It is clean and cozy and has everything you need. We loved the beds and the Moskito nets. 10/10 and highly recommended. We will come next year again🥰

Great location, close to the beach but far enough away from the main road to avoid a lot of the noise. Bed was massive. The hosts were lovely, frequently bringing us huge plates of fruit when we got back and let us check out late after whale watching. AC was strong. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Awesome breakfast! The place was spotless clean. The owner gave my kid free ice cream and even waited for our ride! Plus, she let us check out late because we were behind schedule from whale watching.

I don't get the logic behind transparent bathroom door in triple room. No privacy at all. Pressure in the shower was too low and couldn't get the right temperature to bath. It's either too hot or too cold. Blanket was too thin and only 1 thin pillow for each. Owner should focus on improving shower facility especially water pressure and temperature.

Great acommodation, nice bathroom and big balcony. When we told the staff the airco was not so cold they immediately let it fixed! They did our laundry also very good! Very friendly staff

Everything! We stayed in 5 different homestays in Sri Lanka and this was our favorite. I think a large part of it was because of our very hospitable and friendly host Anu. She was helpful and responsive to my messages, and she also prepared a superb breakfast for us. Aside, the homestay is at a quiet peaceful location within walking distance to the noisy main road. The room was huge (we were upgraded to family room as the AC in the original room stopped working, but our original room was also spacious), wonderfully clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked well and the WiFi was the most reliable of all our accommodations. It was nice to have a clothes rack in the room. The shower pressure was okay though we didn’t manage to get hot water but I think it was our user problem as other reviews mentioned there’s hot water. But it was okay after the hot days out in Mirissa. Would totally stay here again.

Rooms were really clean and like the pictures. The breakfast was the best one we had in Sri Lanka. The hosts are smiley, friendly and really helpful.

Very good value for money. Very clean and well ventilated room, the owner is very kind and friendly. The distance to the beach is 15 min walking. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. It's close to the beach and restaurants. There are a lot of beautiful plants in and around the garden. Anu and her family are great hosts. They prepared very nice breakfasts, so we had the opportunity to try something new every day. It was actually the best breakfast we have had on a holiday. We would definitely return!

Anu and all the personal are kind and helpfull. They made us feel very comfortable in our stay. Anu gives us good advises and help us with any request. Breakfasts are amazing and the location is perfect, close to Mirissa beach but not in the noise of the main road. (The entrance is through the Ahasya spa road, not where Google maps shows you). It is also the cleanest hotel in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended.

Toilet door was translucent so it didn't leave enough privacy. Hottest water in the shower didn't have too much pressure.

Super clean and comfortable room, with the loveliest hosts. Breakfast was massive and you could take away any leftovers. Good location away from the main road so it was peaceful, but still very short walk to the main areas.

Location is little far from beach

The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and the air con and WIFI worked brilliantly. Each day we were served delicious and enormous breakfasts! There is a laundry service and our clothes came back smelling amazing, we also had our room cleaned whilst we stayed. It is just 10 minutes walk to the beach with excellent choice of places to eat dinner along the way. The best thing of all about this place is the wonderful hosts who are so friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved staying here and we cannot find fault with it. We would recommend this stay to anyone!
