The breakfast was delicious and quite filling. The fruit platter was very fresh and juicy. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. The rooms were very comfortable and clean as well. It's also close to all the sites that you want to visit which makes it convenient.

W15 Glenfall is a beautiful newly developed property situated on a hill, offering great views of the town. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was exceptional. A special thanks to Dhiliban for being so attentive and helpful with all our needs.

We would have appreciated having a hair dryer in the room.

We stayed for two nights at Glenfall, and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were quite spacious, and the management kindly upgraded us to deluxe rooms, although we had initially booked standard ones. The breakfast was a nice English breakfast, and they were considerate enough to provide us with packed breakfasts on our first morning as we had an early departure to Horton Plains. The staff were very accommodating. The living room area also provided a nice atmosphere for evening tea and casual conversations. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was incredibly cold and humid (as is the city) so beware and take some appropriate attire as there is no heating in the room (unless explicitly requested). Staff also called at 6:30 am to ask about breakfast choices .

Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind (eg. room was rather cold so they found some heaters). Food was nice as well. You can easily WhatsApp them for anything.

We recently had a wonderful stay at W15 Glenfall Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. The property was both beautiful and cosy, with clean, spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Aadhil and his colleagues, Imalka, Sandun, and the rest of the team. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Special appreciation goes to Chef Mr. Gunadeeban—the food was absolutely delicious and a highlight of our visit. Mr. Aadhil went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and we truly felt a sense of home during our time there. The view from the balcony as far as the lake in the other direction was so nice to have. The interior felt like a very large house where you could sit and look out at the view through the entrance whilst sipping your tea. The local breakfast was extremely tasty and very filling. The staff were so friendly and accommodating especially Aadil, Jim, Giinadeebam, Manson and Sandun. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and treating us to such a nice dinner.

There was intermittent hot water. Very low pressure water in the shower with it being cut off at times. We struggled as it was cold during our stay. There was also a very loud noise at night which we think was due to geyser or a pump fitted onto the roof.

Everything! From the moment we arrived we were so warmly greeted. Ranjith and his team were so helpful and always smiling, we felt very at home. Sadananda the doorman was also very welcoming and always smiling! It was my partners birthday and they kindly go him a cake to celebrate!

The room was excellent. We had a deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, a space heater and enough room for a reading chair. The place was incredibly cozy during a few days of bad weather. There was even parking for our tuk tuk. The staff were incredibly attentive.
