Trinco Vistara Guest House I stayed at Trinco Vistara Guest House with my two children and had a wonderful experience. It is a very safe and family-friendly place, which was my top priority when traveling with kids. The location is excellent—close to the town, yet peaceful and quiet. The guest house is clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a secure and convenient stay in Trincomalee.

Not the property owners fault, but there was some confusion with Booking. Our reservation said we were renting a three room apartment but their reservation (he showed me) said one room in the apartment. That wouldn’t have worked for us but they were kind enough to honor what my form said with no problem. Again, awesome people.

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and even brought up a second breakfast the first day when they realized I couldn’t eat most of what they originally brought up since I can’t eat wheat. WiFi is excellent and was sufficient for me to complete a 2 hour online meeting. There is a washing machine for guest use and bottled water as well as a kitchen although we didn’t use it beyond making tea. I dropped my headphone case and didn’t realize one bud escaped until we had checked out and got a message from the owner who was kind enough to arrange a tuk tuk to bring it out to me after a dive trip later that day. Truly going above and beyond.

Big flat in the centre of Trinco, spacious, A/C in the rooms. Not in the centre of Trinco, you have to take tuktuk to go to Fort Frederick, fish market, and beaches such as Uppeveli or Nilaveli as well, on other hand you will be the only tourist in the neighborhood. Small complain - there are no cutlery, knives etc in the kitchen (we had our own, so it was not a problem, but on other case you will be not able to use the kitchen). Big advantage is the grocery store in the basement.

It was a family trip and the guest house has everything you need. Gas cooker with Gas, Small refrigerator, and any equipment that you need to cook something. Also there is a grocery store on the ground floor. large screen smart TV with high speed wifi connection. I can say if you are going on a family trip to Trinco this is the location.

We really enjoyed the stay at Vistara Guest house. Spacious hall and other facilities were really good. Ground floor grocery shop is the best thing we had. Clean and well arranged facility that I would recommend to any traveler who travel with families and kids.

We are a family of 5 including 3 kids, stayed at Vistara Guest house during our Trinco visit. We booked the entire house. The guest house was very clean & very spacious to accommodate our family. We really enjoyed the view from the guest house. Having a food city on the ground floor was very convenient to get the items needed during our stay. The host was very helpful and accommodated our requests to make our stay very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay at Vistara Guest House. It’s conveniently located to get around. View from the guest house is spectacular. The guest house was very spacious and clean. The host went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.
