The breakfast was delicious and the villa is close to the beach. Very spacious rooms as well.

Only thing was they were doing renovation work but we did go in low season so it’s expected and they didn’t work late/ early.

The pool and sociable area was really lovely. The rooms were very spacious with a balcony and lovely bathroom. When we arrived we got upgraded to a bigger room and on the second floor.

People from the hotel is very kind! Moreover the swimming pool and the breakfast are amazing ( juice, pankakes, etc). Also the location is good to go to the beach and near to the restaurants!

Villa Red Lobster went out of their way to accommodate us at the last minute and with an early check in. Every member of staff was helpful and happy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with aircon and hot water. Stunning cool pool and fresh delicious breakfast. They helped us with transfers and English well spoken. Excellent location to beach and restaurants. Thank you.

The first room we received smelled of mold, so we were switched to a different room without this issue. The hotel needs to address the mold problem in the first floor hallways as well.

We were satisfied with the second room we were given and the quick resolution of any issues. Food was great, and the fresh juices upon arrival were very much appreciated. Will definitely stay again!

Great property and the owners were super friendly. Love this for a short stay. Breakfast was super and they offered Sri Lankan breakfast which is a huge plus. Mosquitoes can be an issue if you do not put the mosquito net. An elevator would be amazing to get ip amd down with your luggage.

We spent 2 nights here and it was great. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing, location was perfect - walking distance to turtle beach and restaurants. The pool was lovely, there were lots of ants around the pool but not much you can do about that. It was clean and welcoming. We had the family room and it was good. Beds were comfy. We had the air con on as my daughter is allergic to mosquitoes and there ae a few of them, so we were cold, but just layered up with warm clothes. There was a fridge, complimentary water on arrival and there was a kettle.

We loved our stay here so much we ended up extending our stay an extra 2 nights. The staff are extremely kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel and pool is very clean. Breakfast has great choice and is plentiful. The location is perfect as it is close to all amenities whilst being away from busy roads. We will definitely return should we travel to Sri Lanka in the future.

Breakfast is a bit weird, we didn’t know if we can choose only one option between eggs and pancakes. Also they give you margerine instead of butter. In my opinion it is a bit expensive for what they offer.

I had one problem as the drain of the bathroom was blocked but I only discovered that before I left so I informed the staff and I am sure they were going to fix it.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter. The location is great and close to everything, downtown, the beach and the train station as well. The room was clean and comfy. I highly recommend the place.

Swimming pool looked a bit cloudy so we didn’t use it

We booked a triple room as it was the only room left and we are glad we did. The room was spacious with a great balcony, very clean with mosquito net and good aircon. Breakfast was well cooked and served quickly and efficiently. The location was perfect, in the middle of everything but not noisy

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

We had a fantastic stay, even though it was only for one night. The location was perfect—very close to the beach, incredibly beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was wonderful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even allowed us to relax by the pool for a few hours after checkout, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, the breakfast was rich and delicious.

The photos do not do this justice. The place is stunning and the views are incredible. The host was so attentive! The breakfast was amazing and delicious. It is close to a beautiful beach and the pool is incredible. The rooms are spacious and up to date. The place is clean, beautiful and safe. Highly recommend!
