Suneth was great and made me feel very welcome and The rest of the staff are very friendly and were always available to answer questions. Arcadia has two different pools for you to choose from and you are a very short walk to the sea. My room was very clean, with working AC and mosquito net so I had a very comfortable stay. This was my first stop on my trip in Sri Lanka and it was the perfect place to recover from travel and start exploring. Hikkaduwa is nice town that you can easily get around on foot but also there always tuktuk waiting for you.

The wi-fi didn’t reach my room but the 4G signal is good so just used data.

I really enjoyed my stay here and ended up extending for two more nights. The room had everything you would need, good AC and was clean and spacious. The property has pools to cool down in and the owner and manager are lovely.

Loved the whole place, it was peaceful and relaxing! The owner and manager were super friendly and sweet! Made me felt right at home with their kindness. The pool and nature in the back was really beautiful 🤩 the room had AC and it was spacious! Had amazing food at salty swamis just walk or take tuktuk everything is in walking distance and people are so friendly! Banks, shops etc. Thanks Anitha for the lovely Barley tea which made me feel better and the fruit on arrival which i asked for was amazing!

The only down side was that it is located on the wrong side of town, not a problem as its just 400slr to turtle beach and the better end of the strip. That being said, if we had stayed in the tourist end we wouldn't have seen both sides.

The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable but the gardens and pool were exceptional. Also there is a fabulous bakery close by, Bun & Bread.

Large clean room with net over the bed the bathroom was huge, there is a pool table in reception to use. The air conditioning in our room was amazing.

The property was large with two pools, there is nothing the staff wouldn’t do for you and help you with local knowledge. And can arrange trips.

Cozy place with nice staff and cool pool area. Room was clean and I loved the baldachin bed. Welcomming was also very pleasent and I spent a very good time in Arcadia Resort🥰

We wished we could have stayed longer!

Helpful, very responsive, and friendly staff. Cute place, room is spacious, clean, bed is comfi, the building where we slept was new (Nov24). AC works well, hot shower, clean bathroom, kitchen available to use with fridge and freezer. The 2 pools are great too, and the garden is beautiful. We loved it and recommend!

What an amazing place to stay. We feel privileged to have celebrated New Year with the owner who was such an amazing lady. The resort is in a good location, 10/15 min walk to the many restaurants etc. The resort is just beautiful and we loved our 2 nights there. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy rooms for the best price per value. Amazing pools. Nice kitchen area - although it is 500LKR for using the gas stove… Would be better to know beforehand. The breakfast was nice but not worth 8USD. In general, very nice place with a beautiful green and calm vibe. A short walk to the beach and shops. Cozy and friendly place to relax at. Thank you.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t the best and wouldn’t connect from our room which was a shame. That’s the only reason I have a mark down.

Really friendly hosts! We arrived to fresh juice whilst we checked in and a lovely clean, spacious a/c room. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing here. Close walk to everything and right by the station! Such good value. Highly recommend!

I love the warm welcome I received while arriving and during my stay at the Arcadia resort. The staff was always close if I had any questions, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a nice stay. The welcome drink was also a very nice touch. The location is one of the best. Almost right next to the train and bus terminal and in close walking distance to turtle beach, liqour shop and many restaurants. The pool and garden areas are beautiful, well kept and very calm. And the rooms are very convenient, spacious and clean. Def. Recommend people to stay at this resort if they are in the area.

Lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The two swimming pools and the beautiful garden makes you want to spend time at the resort. We had breakfast at the Resort one morning served outside, listening to the birds, just lovely.
