We r couples from India and we're on vacations. It was a cool stay. We got the entire house with a roof top. It was one bedroom with washroom, kitchen with all basic amenities available like refrigerator, cooking gas, crockery, toaster, dining table, chairs etc.. It is 3 km from Jungle beach and turtle beach which r very nice attractions to spend leisure time . I recommend taking the entire house for a nice family stay. It is real value for money. I would visit it again. Thanks

The room is comfortable, there is air conditioning, fan and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator with freezer. The beaches are about 2 kilometers away, but with a bike it is not a problem. Nearby is a railway station and a road with buses. Galle Fort is 5 kilometers away.

Very nice and comfortable room in a quiet area far from the city centre. We rented a scooter so a distance wasn’t a problem at all. We appreciated access to the kitchen and basic equipment. The host was very kind and helpful with the questions and overall management of the stay.

This place is clean, neat, quiet, comfortable and budget friendly. I just wanted the A/C room. But additionally, this place has hot water shower, free WiFi, and a shared kitchen. This place exceeded my expectations for the budget. I will visit this place again.

The location is a bit off, which is something to be aware of. As a female solo traveler I took Tuktuks in the evening to avoid walking the dark streets. Checkout time is at 10am a tad early, would appreciate if it would be at least at 11am. But everything else was great!

Great value for money! Comfortable bed, fan and AC in the room and there was warm water in the shower. 😊 the staff was really nice and helpful whenever I needed something!

Everything was perfect.

I was given a very nice welcome with a cool refreshing towel and a fruit juice. The room is very clean and very well equipped, as is the bathroom. Everything is sufficiently available in the kitchen. The bed with the mosquito net was very comfortable and the AC and fan worked perfectly. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but if I come back to Unawatuna I will definitely book this accommodation again.

It would be useful to have a washing machine.

The room had everything we needed, the air conditioning worked as did the WiFi. There was a clothes hanger and two small cupboards in the room. The bed was big and comfortable. Our towels were changed during our stay. The kitchen area was clean and simple, had everything we needed to cook. The host was friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. A/C was working perfectly. The bathroom was clean as well and the hot water was working very well. It was nice to have a fridge and little kitchen area. Both, the owner and house keeper were very friendly and helpful. They made sure if everything‘s fine on a regular basis. The owner also arranged a scooter rental for us. The location was very quiet and at night there weren’t any noises so that we could sleep very well. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely come back :)

An amazing place to stay in Unawatuna. The room was super clean, the air conditioning worked great and the lady who cleaned the house was super warm and very helpful. One of the top accommodations in Sri Lanka value for money. I would love to go there again. Thank you for everything!

Brilliant accommodation. We had such a lovely time that we actually went back two weekends in a row. The room was fantastic with a mosquito net, Aircon, and a very clean bathroom. You also get a cold drink & flannel on arrival! Their is a kitchenette and fridge for guests. Would definitely recommend- great value for money!
