Very nice pool - large and clean. Lovely view on the beach/sea. Great gym. Wide variety for buffet breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Felt it wasn’t very good value for money, comparing to other experiences we had in our Sri Lanka trip. Also, some of the rooms looked a bit dated.

Nothing major — the hotel is fairly new, so some employees take a little extra time to understand requests, but it’s not a big deal.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! We had a few minor hiccups at the start, but the way the team addressed our concerns was truly commendable. The resort is beautifully located — a must-stay if you’re visiting Trinco.

The gym was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, but it was so hot it was impossible to work out there. The air conditioner was turned off all the time even though we tried to turn it on in advance, and talked to the staff about this many times. It was a really unpleasant smell in one of our rooms on arrival. The management handled this poorly to begin with,but eventually we got a new room (an upgrade which was nice).

Nice rooms, good room service. Beautiful location on the beach with sunbeds in the shade. The general staff was really friendly.

The breakfast buffet had exactly the same menu the three days we stayed, could be good if they rotate it. There were some constructions going on when we stayed, but it is understandable that improvements have to be made.

Private beach, comfortable and spacious rooms with necessary things to make our stay comfortable. The pool had a beach view and entrance. The location was good, Max 10 min by tuk tuk from busy areas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived in the evening, gave us fresh juices and cold flannels to cool down while they checked us in. We were given a quick tour of the facilities and helped with our bags to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really big and comfortable. The pool is lovely and gets a good breeze from the ocean, there’s also lots of sunbeds in the shade overlooking the beach. All the staff could not do enough while we were there, all super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. It is also a short walk along the beach to a food court area and beach bar which made for a great evening. Highly recommend staying here.

Bathroom needs ventilation, gets very stuffy. A shelf in the shower would be a welcomed addition. Nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc. Check in was a little haphazard and a bit pushy to pay the bill. I requested to pay at the end so additional charges could be added. No welcome drink was provided. A fan on the balcony would be nice. Tables next to beach lounges need to be cleaned. A rail on the pool entry would be handy as tiles are slippery.

Great cool pool, close to the sea. Plenty of lounges in the shade near the ocean. Breakfast was nice and varied. Spacious room surrounded by lovely gardens and grass. Easy walk to outside restaurants via the beach. Comfortable bed and pillows.

It was not crowded, which is ok. However, the accommodation is too big hence the cozy factor is a bit gone. And this when it supposed to be ‘high season’. Breakfast and pool almost always by ourselves or with another couple

Level of comfort is high! Pool and sea in front of you. Also staff very friendly and they prepare your room with care.

The a la carte breakfast didn't have the same variety as the breakfast buffet. And I personally think that they should add more vegetarian dishes to the restaurants in general :) and a fan on the balcony would be nice.

The staff was very caring and friendly. The whole resort is quite pretty and it's easy to relax there. Pool and sea are great. We went with a toddler and the premises were perfect. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we even got a lunch box for the day we left. All of our special baby food we asked the chefs to make was not charged. That was great! We are very thankful for that!:)

The pool area was lovely and the impact of the hotel from the beach was minimal compared to a higher rise hotel. My partner thought the breakfast was one of the best we had during our time in Sri Lanka.

Amazing hotel, really clean and modern. Rooms were big and spacious. Mahesi at Reception was very helpful with us from start to finish. Pool bar staff were very helpful and friendly.

We didn’t see the option for the private pool and asked at the reception to purchase an upgrade but they never got back to us. As hotel was empty they didn’t offer buffet for breakfast, a la carte was a bit limited and didn’t have lots of vegetarian or vegan options. No coffee included and no vegan milk options

Nice and new rooms but could have some adjustments (shower is already a bit dirty and rosty and bathroom gets wet as there’s no shower door). Big balcony

Unfortunately, during our stay there were building works on the chalet opposite where they were building a pool so there was a lot of noise

Great hotel with amazing breakfast. The chalets with the private pools were amazing to get that better privacy away from the main pool. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was awesome.

Even though they were appraised of our arrival time, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t turned on until we walked into it. Also there was no menu in the room, and only two small plastic bottles of water, which really should have been glass , and more plentiful. These are small things, but for the price I think it would be helpful to fix them

Nice pool, walk to the beach. Gorgeous breakfasts - the staff in the breakfast room - Prasanthan, Niranjan and Laksan were particularly lovely. Very relaxing lying under the trees by the pool
