The bathrooms on the top floor had a funky smell coming from the drains. Since we had two rooms on the top we verified it wasn't just ours. The staff tried to help by spraying airfreshner, but unfortunately didn't help much.

For the price and location this place was the perfect choice for our family traveling along the east coast of srilanka. A small walk to the beach and air-conditioned rooms this room delivered for it's price. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The free breakfast every morning was a nice touch.

Rea Beach Way hotel is a short walk away from a lovely beach. The beach has a choice of restaurants with the option of seating on the beach and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were a group of 22 people and were well accommodated at Rea Beach.

This is a great value for money stay in an excellent location. The room itself is basic and comfortable, and had all we needed for our two nights here. The beach is just a few minute walk away and the sand and sea is just perfect. There is also a good local shop a few minutes in the other direction. We had a great stay.

Excellent location only 2 minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff, who were happy to assist with locating the bus stand and did some laundry for us for a fair price.

Really friendly staff and spacious rooms. Air conditioner is working good. Just 200 m to the beach and enjoyed the lovely welcoming food from Blue Sand Beach restaurant. Just go and meet Ifan and he’ll organise everything related to the food from Blue Sand. The staff at Rea Beach helped us to do the laundry to a reasonable price. Recommend to anyone who is going on a family trip to Trinco

The fridge and bathroom weren't very clean, and the room always smelled slightly of a sewer line. It wasn't unbearable, but definitely noticeable.

A cheaper accommodation surrounded by more expensive resorts. The price is good for the location and there is a mart nearby, and lots of restaurants. The beach and diving shops are all around, and the ac was good.

Great value for money, close to the beach just down the road. Really nice quiet spot in between the main road and the beach really liked this place. The price we paid was really good me and my friend stayed because it was cheaper to stay here than a hostel. So worth the price value when travelling on a budget. The air con worked really well in the room and very spacious was a massive room.

Our room needed a new shower head and hose, and the mosquito net was a bit small for the bed, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed.

Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Nice, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Rooms are spacious and the aircon is BRILLIANT. Cool showers, sometimes water is warm. 250 m to beach is accurate- or possibly a bit less than that. No noise from beach bars etc. They only take cash, we paid rupees. The beach is BEAUTIFUL. Both beach bars near the accommodation are good and take credit cards. We are a family of 5 and we had 2x 3 person rooms with balcony. They made sure we could have rooms next door which was very kind as I had booked different types of rooms by mistake! Breakfast is tea/coffee and some egg or sausage rolls. Thank you so much.

Currently, there is no restaurant, but the staff mentioned they plan to open one before the peak season to serve in-house guests. Overall, a good stay, and I look forward to seeing the improvements!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is now under new management. The new team is managing it well, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. I stayed in an economy room without air conditioning, but they do have rooms with AC, hot water, and mini fridge facilities. The hotel is located in a calm and peaceful area, making it perfect for relaxation without any noise. The price is affordable and great value for money.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The white sandy beach is just a short 100m walk away, making it an ideal location. The rooms were very clean and decent, and the WiFi was super fast, perfect for staying connected. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, adding to the convenience. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
