This stay was definitely one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The location is simply breathtaking, with a stunning view of Ella Rock on one side and Little Adam’s Peak on the other. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, comfortable beds. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the scenery. The host was extremely helpful and took care of every detail of our stay. I would definitely love to return here.

Wonderful Stay in Ella – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at this homestay in Ella. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive and always available to help with anything we needed. He also gave us great advice on what to see and do in the area, which made our stay even more special. Every morning, he personally prepared a delicious and generous breakfast that we really looked forward to. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking – you can see both Little Adam's Peak and Ella Rock, which makes for a perfect start to the day. The location is also ideal: just a short walk from the town center, but tucked away in a peaceful area, far from noise and nightlife. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Ella!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful – amazing staff, incredible view, and everything was very clean. A special highlight was that the little Adam’s peak as well as the 9 arch bridge could be easily reached by foot. We would have given Two Rock Vista an 11 if we could. Our room had everything we wanted with the best view ever. You don't really need to go anywhere else. The breakfast was plentiful, and our delightful host was amazing, from carrying bags to providing the best service possible. We can't wait to go back again. It was just perfect.

The lane into the property is small and steep, but a small price to pay for the great view! Only challenge was for the car to come in, especially when there’s another coming out.

The view was fantastic! Neemal was a great host, assisting us with our luggages and serving spread of a breakfast! It’s walking distance to the city area for food and shopping.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The hosts were kind, generous and helpful. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our washing was done to the highest standard. And the view was amazing. This place was the highlight of our Sri Lanka trip, and one of our best stays anywhere.

Room is basic as expected though for the price. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom but owner made aware.

The view was the best thing. Both little adams peak and Ella rock at the same time ,uninterrupted view. Breathtaking. The owners were very nice and helpful. They carried both heavy cases up the steep steps on arrival and then again on departure. Helped with tuk tuk ordering and advice on when to visit the 2 rocks and how long it would take etc. breakfast was good, omelette, fruit etc. pancakes and rotti on another day. All homemade.

A beautiful peaceful haven away from the busy streets of Ella with amazing views, and only a short walk into town. Our breakfast on the deck overlooking Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak was always delicious and filled us up for the day. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. The room has one whole wall of windows looking out over the truly spectacular view. Highly recommended!!

Very welcoming host who appeared genuinely pleased to meet us. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The accommodation was far enough from the main commercial street to be quiet and peaceful, whilst still only being a 10 minute walk from the restaurants etc.

It was a bit of a rough walk to town and the steps to the property were difficult. There was no sign for the property. They are redoing the stairs and hopefully adding the sign to make arrival easier.

Even though it states it has no air con it does have a fan so thought would be fine but it is literally like a greenhouse. No way of cooling the room down. Also could do with better signage or directions to place.

This wasn’t a problem for me but was for my travelling companions. The rooms to make most of the stunning southern facing view are fully glass fronted and the rooms have ceiling fan and stand alone fan but no a/c. In February when we travelled they were hard to cool and made sleeping tricky.

This small family owned guest house is located in a stunning position overlooking the Ella Gap. Fabulous view. Comfy bed and good bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast. It’s located a 30 min walk away from Ella town or a short tuk tuk ride away.

It is difficult for cars to get to the property due to narrow lanes - we arrived in the day time, so didn't mind the walk (it's quite scenic) but I imagine it is difficult to find in the dark for the first time. There's a few steps / hills to get to the property to also bare in mind. There are no signs for the hotel, although the images make it easy to spot when you are close. There is no air con in the rooms so can get quite warm. A ceiling fan and stand alone fan took the edge off though. We had an occasional power cut and the signal / WiFi wasn't the best - although due to the height of the town I imagine this is true for most hotels in the area!

The views from the property are amazing and the owners will do anything they can to help you. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time due to our transfers and we had a very warm welcome and were asked if we would like to sit and enjoy the views whilst they finished off our room. They gave us advice on the local area and made / served us a fantastic breakfast every morning on the balcony. The hotel is off one of the main tourist roads in Ella and central to everything you could need. Compared to other places in Sri-lanka this hotel was excellent value for money and we had a great stay
