I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a quiet spot and it is very peaceful. The staff were really friendly and it was a comfortable stay. I thought it was good value for money.

We had a great experience staying at Theepan’s Home, which is just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Nilaveli Beach. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Theepan, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rates were very reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Theephan is a very friendly owner and together with his family he helped us with everything. The accomodation is super cosy and has all you need. They offer a very good vegan friendly breakfast. I can totally recommend this guest house.

Such a calm and beautiful place, the family is lovely and they helped us with recommendations and services, we were going to stay 2 nights but we end up staying for a week and honestly we didn't want to leave, great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, tasty Sri Lankan breakfast, recommended 100% place to stay

A big quite house 5 minutes from the ideal Bounty beach. I went 2 times to the coral snorkeling - to Angels island and to Pigeon island. The ticket office is right at the beach. The room is spaceful and comfortable, many trees and birds around. Breakfast was huge and tasty.

Return visit having stayed here 5 years ago. Just as we fondly remembered, though now there is some building development happening onsite. Large, comfortable end room with furnished verandah where we had a generous breakfast each day. Very close to the, lifeguard protected, swimmable beach. A string of restaurants on nearby Beach Road provide convenient eating options

This was such a nice, relaxing space to stay. They have nice chairs outside to enjoy the sun and wildlife. It's very good value and clean throughout with good AC. The host was accommodating and it's only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

- communication sometimes a bit difficult - shower flow is a bit low - if possible, a varied breakfast would be nice :)

- it’s located very close to the beach and there are many small restaurants near by - room was clean (room-service because of rubbish or sand would have been nice) - the people were very nice and helped us out if we needed them. We also rented a scooter, which was very easy and well done.

Bedsheets were a bit to small. Room was dark, nevertheless had everything you need.

I stayed here for 2 nights and wish I had longer. My 4 year old daughter loved the garden which was full of flowers, coconut trees and banana trees. The family were so warm and welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. I highly recommend here.

The family bungalow is quite big and very convenient with children. The area is quiet and just 5 minutes walk of the beach. Several restautants around. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food to try (both Sri Lankan and western). The family is very friendly.

We loved the beautiful garden setting for the accommodation, maintained, watered and sweptclean by the family running the homestay on a daily basis. Small groups of rooms, each with their own veranda where breakfast is served, are set in clusters round the garden. We stayed in the deluxe double rooms with a.c. which were excellent. The homestay is short 5 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and a small grocery - breakfast itself is served at the homestay and was excellent. The hosts were always friendly and helpful - sorting out our needs even when the English speaking members of the family were not directly available. They organised a snorkling trip to Pigeon Island for us and a taxi for our onward travel.

This was the best accommodation I had in Sri Lanka so far. The room was big and very clean. The owners are so kind and answered all my questions and the Guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the quiet Nilaveli Beach. The breakfast was delicious!!
