The only problem was the hot water missing, but it was quite hot this week so we did not ask at all the property to check.

The staff was incredibly nice and ready for every request we had. The position was optimal for our stay (3 nights)

Prakash was a lovely host and gave us great recommendations of activities to do in the nearby area and even arranged them too. The rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was amazing too - really good tea! Definitely would stay again here.

You really need a car to reach the hotel. We arrived past 8pm since we came from Colombo and went to Lion Rock and grabbed takeout dinner but the staff waited for us. There's also a nice eating area outside the room so we were able to have our takeout dinner comfortably and the staff kept our plates and utensils afterwards. He also served us breakfast in the patio after our safari trip.

The staff was friendly and helped us with our bags up the 2nd floor. The entire hotel is new so there are still renovations ongoing. The area is literally beside a jungle/park so sometimes, elephants are seen to be roaming around.

I have no complaints what so ever

The location was great for nature lovers, the Prakash went above and beyond for us, breakfast at 6 am as we was going on a safari which he booked for us, he also took care of our trip to the cave temple and our transport to Kandy when we left. Would so highly recommend this place and it’s only getting better as they are adding a pool and more accommodation over the next few months

We didn't catch any elephants, but that's purely luck based.

The rooms are completely renovated. The dinner was absolutely delicious - we don't regret one bit for not going out for dinner to the city for our 1 night stay. Looks like they plan to do even more renovations outside. Surely recommended!

Set in a very beautiful nature area. You could see the Sigiriya rock from your room. Clean rooms with good AC and hot water. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Very good value for money.

Super clean room and bathroom. Comfy king bed. Good breakfast with eggs made to order. Friendly host. View of Sigiriya Rock from the shared balcony. 15min walk from the restaurants etc. (there are a few closer). Good value.

nice hotel with comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. it opened in February 2025 so it has pretty new furnitures and equipment. the staff was very helpful organising our rides to Sigiriya Rock and Polonnaruwa. there are also few good restaurants around (10min walking distance). good place to stay!

We were a bit disappointed not to see any elephants, but I suppose it’s because of the large number of tourists in the area.

Hotel was a little bit hard to find down a long driveway and building doesn't look amazing from the outside but the guest rooms are brand new and very tidy.

No credit card payment, breakfast could be more interesting and better. They are still working on new rooms so little bit noise from 10 am to probably 5 pm.

We saw wild elephant next to the hotel! That was amazing experience! Staff was very helpful and nice. View is amazing. In future I can imagine double or triple price, the hotel is open just 26 days!

Large room with comfortable beds and large, clean bathroom. Good AC. Wifi available without interruption. Large terrace in front of the room. Middle of nature location, quiet, view of Sigiriya Rock from the terrace, some nights elephants walking by right next to the building.

Genuine Sri Lankan hospitality Extremely friendly and knowledgable hosts at the property who gave really good recommendations such as the safari, the rocks and local travel providers . We felt accommodated for and really enjoyed the clean, air conditioned rooms. Great hospitality provided by the hosts great breakfast great dinner options beautiful Sigiriya Rock View really nice and spacious rooms with outdoor spaces really nice and friendly staff, super helpful!
