Amazing location and great breakfast

Ants in the room and no privacy when the curtains are open. Maybe an additional sheer curtain would be nice to let the light in while offering privacy

Looks like a new guest house. Very high standard. Clean bathroom. Owners are so kind and helpful. Food is great and the location is perfect.

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, you can see the ocean from the balcony and the host is very friendly and helpful. We loved this place!

Great location, on the hill, with stunning view to all Mirissa beach. New place, so everything is brand new. Huge bed. Strong wi-fi. Friendly staff.

Steep way to hotel from main road and the path in unpaved. Not much parking space in front of hotel.

The Wave's Guest House is perfectly located – close to the beach, but set back just enough from the busy street to be quiet at night while still easily walkable during the day. The family running the guesthouse is incredibly friendly and served us the best breakfast every morning on the terrace with a view. You can see the ocean from the upper floor, and we highly recommend booking a room with a sea view!

The location is perfect! just a few meters from the beach. We had a room with a terrace and a view over the ocean which was great. It was a spacious room with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind and helpful. I can recommend that place🙂

We had a great stay in Mirissa! The room was very nice and clean. There is always warm water available. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and spoke English very well, which made communication easy. Breakfasts were delicious and varied each day. Highly recommended!

Everything! Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, back from the main street business. Loved being able to sit out the front of our room and look out at the water.

We had a deluxe room with lovely ocean views from our balcony. The surrounding lush vegetation and quiet locattion made it a great place to watch the wild life too, colourful birds and monkeys. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small and cozy family hotel. The owners are incredibly warm and helpful people. The owner also has a tuk-tuk and took us wherever we wanted to go. He was always there to assist us and even arranged a wonderful lake tour for us, which was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious and generous, with plenty of fresh fruits. If I visit Mirissa again, I will definitely stay here.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was clean, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The beach was just across the street.

We had a lovely time by Hiran and his family. A beautifull hotel with a big clean room and terras, close by shops and beach. Near by Coconut tree hill, Parrot Rock and Secret beach. Hiran was very helpful. He and his family were all very kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Mirissa.

Lovely and spacious room, and a fantastic bathroom. My stay here was very comfortable. I liked that this accommodation was close to the main area of town and to many of the attractions in Mirissa. I loved being a 1-minute walk away from the beach - nothing better than going for a swim and then being able to wash off immediately. Breakfast was in the open on the upper floor, which was so nice. Love feeling the ocean breeze while enjoying a solid breakfast.

Shared balcony and poor privacy depending on where your room is situated. My room was between the stairs and another room, so I had to keep my curtains closed majority of the time.

Super friendly, easy beach access, nice outside balcony space, clean, cool room. Thanks for the tuktuk services, too.

Tuktuk mafia on the mainroad just below the hotel. If you use uber, tell them to come up to the hotel.

Great location, comfortable bed and clean facilities. Powerful aircon and fan. Lovely staff and host - he gave us valuable advice on transport etc. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful.

Staff were very welcoming. Family run accommodation. Breakfast excellent. Location near to the beaches. Clean. Shower good- all good!

Perfect hotel, only do they have to put some lights on the way up, with 3 solar lamps problem solved 😉
