Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms were very large and nicely done the balcony really topped it off. Would recommend to anyone wanting a short stay in Nuwara Eliya

BelgiumStaff were very supportive and friendly. I arrived earlier and they arranged the room before the scheduled time to let me relax as i came from a long trip. Thank you very much.! Staff cooked delicious breakfast and on the second day they made sure that the breakfast was ready by 7.15 a.m. so i can leave early. Room was spacious and hot water was instant. Had a great time there and thank you very much everyone for making my stay a nice one!
