Lovely pool area. Very comfortable large bed. Nice early check in time and very flexible with check out time which was nice. Lovely accommodating staff. Laundry next to property which was very convenient. Walking distance from turtle beach. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants near by.

We had a room with a balcony where we could put our towels. Room was big and clean, not much furniture except the bed and a desk but that was ok. The breakfast was served outside on the terrasse wich was really nice, we got fresh fruits every morning and a choice of eggs as well as toast, butter, yam,... everything was really clean! The only sand you can find on the whole property is the one you bring there and even that is cleaned immediately. We felt very welcomed and liked it a lot, we would definitely come again :)

Amazing place to stay in Hikkaduwa. The staff were all really friendly and super helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. They were lovely with our 2yo daughter too, and brought her her favourite fruit for breakfast every morning. The pool is lovely and the location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach avoiding any time, except to cross, the busy road. The place itself is an amazing spot to see wildlife from - we saw birds of all kinds, parrots, kingfishers, monkeys, bats. Would thoroughly recommend.

An extra chair in rooms for two would be a good addition

This was the best hotel in Sri Lanka for us! The Villa is nice and clean, pool helped cheering us up on rainy days and rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are doing everything they can to provide great service, they are friendly and very helpful. We could never expect such level of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back, as I miss it already)

An exceptional villa!! In such a great location. Photos don’t do it justice, so much prettier in person. We got upgraded for free to the deluxe suite and it was stunning. Swimming pools so clean and relaxing. Staff are amazing and helpful. Will recommend to all my friends and family!!!

We enjoyed the quiet location. You can hear the train, but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed all the bird song in the garden. We had a nice swim every morning in the pool and the long beautiful beach is very close. We had beautiful sunsets. Can recommend.

A magnificent villa, a real oasis in the midst of a bustling city. Very beautiful territory, a fairly large warm pool that glows in the evenings. The room with the balcony was large, with a large bathroom and a large balcony. Fresh tropical fruits, eggs and toast were always served for breakfast. The hosts and staff are very friendly and welcoming

This is quite literally an oasis tucked away from the main road in the best part of Hikkaduwa. It’s the cleanest place Iv ever stayed in Asia and the staff are so lovely! The location is perfect, it’s just off the main road and a short walk across the road to Main Reef surf break. Lots of places to shop and eat all around Oasis Villa. The pool area is lovely, nice and quiet with wild birds chirping away in the background. Breakfast is really good too. Amazing fruit platter, eggs how ever you like them and toast, yogurt and tea and coffee! Highly highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is right next to a train station and it honks every time it passes, even at night.
