It is very cold and humid in Nuwara Eliya in winter. Definitely recommend to rent a heater (possible in this hotel)

all good , but in our family bungalow, one washroom have a great problem. there were 3 stuffs and 2 of them didn't understand English. only one women understand little bit English . that's why they didn't understand my washroom problem

Hotel owner was very humble person. location, room and breakfast were good. but breakfast menu was same for everyday. we were staying 3 nights and they provide us same items in everyday breakfast. its quite boring.

I’m just sad that I misunderstood that the kitchen was only closed for food the first night as there was a festival- we ate elsewhere both nights but others said their food was delicious!

Despite the fact there were still guests in our room on arrival it was soon rectified! Room was fine and location very cold at night but blankets provided! We had come from a much smarter and more expensive hotel but were very happy with the service we had

The hotel is very old and overall old-fashioned. Many walls had humidity. Due to this, we had to change rooms which was more expansive.

The room was very clean and the staff is friendly. Especially the man who took care of the breakfast, was always available. It is very central, just a walking distance to the city center.

Good little guesthouse with spotlessly clean Rooms comfortable beds and an adequate breakfast of eggs, fruit and toast, set in an award winning small garden. The best thing was Karan and Nathan who looked after our every need with local knowledge and cheerfulness. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location is beautiful, with a scenic stream nearby and lush greenery creating a peaceful atmosphere. The room is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean. always love nuwaraeliya weather.

WiFi doesn't work in the rooms and we also had to move on our last night because of repairs to the water pipes. They initially didn't want to give us any money back but had to argue them up to a quarter of our last night refunded. Very tiring having to deal with but at least the new place they sent us was ok

Room was well cleaned and nice size. We came a bit early but it was no problem to check in. staff were helpful and handled all luggage and moving. Food is amazing! Very tasty Sri Lanka and western cuisine available.
