Very clean and spacious rooms with hot water bathrooms. Super comfy beds. Both the staffs were very helpful and cooperative. Real value for money.

We stayed for one night only, with 10 members. Had a really good time. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The landlord was well accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone for great family stay.

though it is a standard triple room, and appears big in pictures, it was so tiny and filled with a double and a single bed. no towels. no space to keep the luggage. but we somehow managed till the next day. room was just behind the reception and downstairs. No view except the front part of the house. Asked money beforehand before showing the room. payed in full.

the caretaker was polite. they served me the genius breakfast too. The washroom was clean. quiet and very clean rooms.

Towels were only given when requested. Hair dryers etc. were not available in the room. Also, they charge for the heater which will be issued on request. Such information should have been included on the web and inside the room.

It felt like we stayed at home rather than in a hotel, which was good. We did not have breakfast options. We had a local breakfast, which was tasty and well-presented. Staff provided it at the time we requested, and they were attentive. The room was well organized.

Accommodation in a quiet part of town. Beds are comfortable and clean. Room is small, only suitable for sleeping. Tasty breakfast is served in the common room.

Quite a bit of mold in the room, the bed was quite firm (which I don’t mind but my partner felt it) and the breakfast was a bit simple.

Super friendly people who welcome you with a smile. Very helpful and if we needed something they were happy to help us out. Super nice that there was a big blanket to sleep under, and view from the room was great. Oh and also we could park our tuktuk in the front which was great! Thanks for having us!

The road to the location was not in great condition, especially the route from the Nanuoya side.

The room was very dirty, after asking for new bedsheets they refused it's like smelly, and the main thing the bathroom was countinusly stinky, bad smell coming, food was bad ,me I got sick and the person who made food also was not neat and clean, Overall my experience is bad and I will never ever stay there, even they offer me free

The owner was so friendly, fulfilled all the needs we asked. The room was so clean and comfortable. 10 a.m was check out time but he kept one room for us to use and kept our luggage till we dep. We highly highly recommend this place, specially if u going with u r family. One of our friend left her bag at dumbro tea factory, the owner of this hotel helped to get it from there and handed over to a another friend to bring it back to colombo. Thanks for the greatest hospitality. Highly recommend this place and surely will stay here agin when we visit.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Nuwara Eliya! The location was perfect — peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature, yet still close to the town center. The villa was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained with all the necessary facilities. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Its a hell. Dont book ever .

Nothing. There is nothing. Do not ever book this property. Hygiene is Zero. Room was not cleaned properly for arrivals . I found lot of items under the sofa which was not cleaned and left over items from previoys stays & empty bottles in the room . And the room that they gave us its not for guests. Bad smell too mant flies and the funniest thing is the guy who checked in he took us from the kichens door . Its really hell . No words .

The location, very isolated No service Shower could have been cleaner Nothing to do here.

The Host was a lovely man, joined us in playing cards, really nice guy. The tea he made us was really nice and comfy bed.
