Perfect location seconds from the beach. Everything you need is on your doorstep but it's peaceful at night. Our apartment was spacious with great bathroom which always had hot water for the shower. Large fridge, sink and hot plate for cooking in the kitchen. Very competitively priced. Very friendly and accommodating family who own Citadel, they are always on the go cleaning the communal areas and always have clean sheets/towels etc readily available. The family are always available to help if you need it. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you very much.

We stayed a few nights in the double room, and after our tour around sri lanka, we came back and stayed at the apartment. Both of our stays were impeccable.

Initially the wifi signal was very poor and the room was very hot as the ceiling fan was totally ineffective.

The apartment was a fantastic space. Once we were given a stand fan and a wifi router, it would be a perfect place for a longer term stay. The location is perfect, very close to lots of restaurants and the main surf break.

I had the cottage set in a quiet corner at the back. It is very private and the hosts were beyond kind. They are willing to help with anything to ensure that one is comfortable. The beach is across the road. There are many little restaurants, cafes and beachfront eateries around. It's a few minutes walk to see the turtles. I would definitely stay here again. Mr.Sumith & family are wonderful.

The place was massive, the first place you have your own kitchen, bathroom and little living area with a 4 poster double bed, mosquito net and great fan. The next one is just a room with a bathroom, no kitchen unfortunately, but still-great size and very comfy bed. Lovely, serene garden and friendly hosts

We like it very close to the beach and it's a really huge apartment and everything is provided. Also it has a huge kitchen where we cook some dishes. The owner was so nice since we booked the place as we arrived in Hikkaduwa it was a short notice but they welcomed us. Overall very satisfied and also the WiFi was so fast since I have to check my emails at work.

We liked everything 😁

Great position across the street from the beach, just behind the main road but very peaceful at night. Great sized apartment with large balcony/open kitchen, big bathroom and big bed. Lots of shops, restaurants etc., on your doorstep. The family who own it are lovely and very helpful. This is our second stay at Citadel and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.
